I bought expensive software that tells you exactly what you should charge per day - 365 days a year.

Booking request management

The guest's information is checked (completeness and reviews). Confirmation should be given promptly.

Guest messaging

I am 100% available every day from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. If an emergency occurs, guests can also call me

Onsite guest support

I am already working with 3 craftsmen in Munich, 3 in Garmisch-Partenkirchen and 2 in Bad Tölz

Cleaning and maintenance

We have 6 cleaning staff in Munich, 4 in Garmisch-Partenkirchen and 3 in Bad Tölz, all of whom are fully insured.

Listing photography

I will take 15-35 photos of your apartment, and I will optimize its appearance in a reasonable way

Interior design and styling

I furnish apartments completely for Airbnb, and the mix between old and new is very important.

Licensing and hosting permits

Everything is in compliance with the City of Munich's statute on the misuse of living space and all commercial law requirements
