I ensure careful preparation of each accommodation, with rigorous cleaning and inspection before each arrival.

I take 10 to 20 photos per listing, taking care of the light and angles, with light editing for a natural look.
Interior design and styling
I create warm and functional spaces, with personal touches, so that guests feel at home.
Licensing and hosting permits
I help hosts comply with local laws by guiding them through the steps, declarations and regulatory obligations

I offer help with decoration, check-in/out, linen and stock management, and advice to improve the customer experience
