Retiro Park Industrial House

Bright, south-facing home in a quiet central neighborhood, just 600 meters from Retiro Park. Fun and original, with an industrial-chic vibe, this 160 m² house has lots of natural light, a small garden, and a private parking spot. Downstairs there’s a large open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area (about 70 m² / 750 sq ft), with underfloor heating and AC in every room. The kitchen is fully equipped, and we provide bed linens, towels, and all the basics you’ll need for a comfortable stay. You’ll also find a small private gym on this floor. Upstairs are the three bedrooms: • The main bedroom has a 180 x 200 cm / 71 x 79 inches bed (King Size) and a private bathroom. • The second bedroom also has a 180 x 200 cm / 71 x 79 inches bed (King Size) and shares a bathroom with the third room. • The third bedroom, which is the smallest, has a trundle bed (90 x 200 cm). It can be pulled out to create two single beds (90 x 200 cm each), placed very close together—ideal for two kids or two people who are comfortable sharing close space. There’s also the option to join them and form a 180 x 200 cm bed (King Size), suitable for a couple.

The Swamp House

The house is located on the banks of the Burguillo swamp with 3000 m2 of private land where you will find a large garden with a pool, barbecue and terrace with spectacular views of the swamp. Everything around it is the Iruelas Valley Nature Reserve, so it is a natural, isolated and quiet environment. Water sports, hiking trails, biking, horseback riding, mushroom picking, chestnuts... The area offers you a taste of the cuisine that is characterized by its rich meats and vegetables.

Dreamy treehouse

Discover the magic of this charming wooden house, an oasis of tranquility surrounded by trees and nature. Its unique design integrates modernity with the natural environment. Here, you will wake up to the sound of birds and the breeze through the trees, enjoying a cozy and sophisticated atmosphere. A few meters away, you will find hiking trails that cross landscapes where you can see horses, bulls and the beauty of the countryside. Perfect for disconnecting and relaxing.

El Balcón de Ángel is a charming house, a house where you can observe Toledo from a privileged and unique area. The house is located in a quiet place, ideal for couples, friends and families who want to enjoy the surroundings and the Imperial City. Nearby are Toledo's famous viewpoints, where you can photograph Toledo's fantastic panorama. Close to the house is one of the magnificent bridges that lead to the Casco and there you will walk through the streets of Toledo.

PADEL /HEATED POOL/ PICKLETBALL To preserve the peaceful environment and the neighbors' peace, in this house *no parties, celebrations, gatherings, loud music, shouting, or any behavior that causes bothersome noise are allowed, either during the day or, especially, at night.* It has a heated pool, paddle court, Pickleball, barbecue, ping pong, pool table. All the exclusive use of the renters. It is accessed from a 5.5 km dirt track it takes 10 to 20min

Synagogue 6-Deluxe with Terrace

The Sinagoga 6 apartment is located next to the cathedral, and has a private 45 m2 terrace with magnificent views of its tower. It occupies the second floor and terrace of a building built around 1900. It has magnificent views over the cathedral and is located a few meters from Calle Hombre de Palo, the city's main thoroughfare that connects Zocodover with the Plaza del Ayuntamiento and Cathedral. The house has undergone a complete restoration inside.

You'll wake up every morning to an incredible garden with fruit trees and flowers, and you can have breakfast on a large terrace overlooking the mountain. The pool is super refreshing during these months and has night lighting so you can enjoy a swim under the stars.

A very cozy and quiet, complete and independent apartment. It is located within the grounds of the hosts' single-family home. It has outdoor parking inside the premises for one car. With a fireplace and wood-burning stove for the winter and a pool, garden and barbecue for the summer. You can come with your pet and enjoy the facilities. Toledo, Madrid, Warner Park and Puy du Fou are very close to our place. We hope to share our dream with you soon.
