I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Rich place. From the moment I arrived, everything was seamless. The check-in process was easy, and the host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making sure I had everything I needed. The space itself was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the little touches that made it feel like home. The bed was super comfortable, and I had a restful night’s sleep. I also appreciated the snacks left in my room. They also offer a home made soup his wife had just made which was amazing. The location was very quiet and pleasant. Overall, it was a perfect stay, and I would absolutely book again. If you’re considering staying here, don’t hesitate—you’ll love it! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Overall was very pleased with the decor and with the host. I was also very pleased with the location of the house in relation to the town. Rio was a very agreeable and generous host made sure that she was able to provide certain amenities outside of the required ones without overstepping. I would highly recommend this house and host.

The interior of the house was spotless and well appointed. In many respects it felt spa like. The property can be a great value for a large family or maybe a couple of families to split the cost. Be patient with host communication she kept informing me that she was in a different time zone and I found messaging delayed compared to other hosts. However, she did always address the need or question. For birders, you will not fine a better location. I had a good yard list and was within 25 minutes of all the important hot spots.

All around, it was arguably the best airbnb we have stayed at. We traveled for the military, meaning we had special requests from the army. Karin stepped up and delivered on everything to ensure the army covered the costs of our trip. Karin was an excellent host and is military friendly. She made us really feel at home. The house itself was spacious and was stocked with everything from screws and power tools, to zip locks and a hot tub. In fact, it was hard to leave after several weeks of staying there. It is highly recommended you stay at Karin’s in the Sierra vista home.

Spacious 2BR Getaway w/Hot Tub

While the location is off the beaten path, we absolutely loved the solitude, flower gardens and both sunrise and sunset views with the mountains. Gorgeous. Willcox is about 35 minutes away and we loved the excellent wine (you have to sort out the open schedules). Saguaro West is 1:45 min and Saguaro East is 1:15, but we didn't mind the drive. We were up an on the trail for sunrise each day. However, Chiricahua and Cochise were excellent options in addition to our 48th national park. Chiricahua especially. Oh...back to the house. The house was gorgeous, clean and comfortable. One of the best we have ever stayed in...and the flower garden could not be more gorgeous. I probably took 100 poppy pictures.
