This house is beautiful, had plenty of space, large functional kitchen, comfortable beds and amazing outdoor space. We absolutely loved it and would stay here again!

The place was perfect for my family to gather and have a nice staycation while we were in town for a wedding. Had absolutely everything we needed and more. If we ever find ourselves back in the Spokane Valley, we will book again for sure.

We had an excellent stay here. My toddler son loved the pool, the toys, and the park down the street. The house was well stocked and clean, and I’d recommend this property to anyone looking for a place to stay in this area.

The location is magical. Such a wonderful blend of nature and home. The house is easy to navigate, has access to shopping (just a few minutes away) but feels peacefully remote.

Absolutely everything we needed and more! We had a party of 19 stay at Kayloni's for a wedding weekend. Grandparents, Aunts, Uncles, Cousins and more, everyone commented on how wonderful everything was. The kitchen was truly the heart of the home, but we also spent time around the pristine pool, the wonderful hot tub and playing on the shuffle board table. The front living room provided a quiet space to read and relax. All of the bedrooms had ample storage as did the bathrooms. We had everything we could want for making meals - large fridge and gas range, plenty of pots, pans, cutlery, plates, cups and gadgets! The 2nd kitchen was super handy for extra appliances as well as storage. The outdoor grill was super for burger night! Kayloni was super responsive to any questions we had as well as provided information on local attractions and restaurants. She truly is a SUPERHOST! Would highly recommend for any large gatherings where you want to relax and enjoy time together!

Great location for our family gathering! The pool was awesome! Had a little trouble with the upstairs a/c and the pickleball net was pretty run down but there was a great amount of towels and pool towels provided. The basketball court and the light on the court for the evening was fantastic! Host was very kind and responsive. We would absolutely stay again.

We had a great stay at this location... Our family got together to celebrate our new graduate. The space and amenities made us feel right at home and allowed us to spend time together in a comfortable space, it really added to our visit.

This was perfect for our daughter’s graduation get away gift. She loved the location and easy access to all the Coeur d’Alene amenities! Looking forward to enjoy this little gem with my wife!

We had a wonderful stay in Coeur d’alene in this air bnb. It was so clean and very well maintained. The views were so beautiful and the location was peaceful but not too far from town. We loved the amount of space this place had, and how there were two kitchens and living rooms. There was a vast assortment of amenities and the kitchen was so well stocked. The hot tub was also super nice and very spacious. Customer service was 10/10 and responsiveness was very quick. We would definitely stay here again!

Everything matched the description perfect, close walk to several restaurants and very walkable to more (just not with the age kids I have), but a short drive to the lake. The neighborhood is great and the property has great private space with the fenced yard with is big enough for the kids to mess around playing soccer or catch. What really separates this property, and safe to assume Joshua's others apart, is how equipped the home was for rental. I have stayed in nice, clean rentals before however everything with this was immaculate. Super comfortable beds/sheets, extremely clean, very organized household essentials... on and on. My wife audibly gasped when she saw how well everything was stocked. We have never felt so at home in a vacation rental and will be purposefully speaking out any property's managed but Joshua.

beautiful, comfortable and clean home. very close to the lake and I90 to get around to stores and museums etc. Joshua was texting with is before we ever arrived and giving us some good recommendations on things to do in the area. figuring out the parking in the alley behind the house took a little bit of driving around, but once we understood it is a really nice, safe and shady place to park with easy backyard access to the house for unloading and loading up the vehicle. would definitely recommend this house if you want to be close to the lake.

Mandy was so great to work with and the house was exactly what our family needed for our cousins wedding weekend! So nice to have the pack n play and toys for our daughter. The space is so beautiful clean and peaceful. Mandy was so great when we had a work out a booking issue with Airbnb and we are so appreciative! Would HIGHLY recommend

Beautiful place! The host was flexible with our needs of an early check-in and allowing a bride, and 9 bridesmaids to get ready for my daughters big day! The backyard was perfect for father’s first look. Decorations are BEAUTIFUL, and my daughter had a wonderful day getting ready with her girls. Bride and Groom spent their first night as a married couple, and they said it was perfect. Would recommend!

Wow - This was the nicest Airbnb we've ever stayed in! We were here for two nights and could not stop gushing about how much we all loved it! The layout was perfect for us, the rooms were so thoughtfully furnished and laid out. The kids loved having their space upstairs and it was so nice to have two bedrooms with king beds for myself and my mom. Of course the animal hunt was a hit, as were the "chickens" in the backyard coop. Other hosts should take notes from David - little things like enough towels and washcloths, extra cozy blankets for watching a movie, plenty of dishes and clearly labeled drawers make staying in an Airbnb with a family SO nice! The neighborhood is an absolute delight. If you like classic homes and charming gardens, give yourself lots of time to go for walks! We also loved the park and the beach, both within walking distance. Truly outstanding host and home!

Great house! The house was in pristine condition. The views from the front porch are amazing.

Very nice place! Clean, cute and good location. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to downtown and 5-10 to walk to a local beach. Nice neighborhood as well. Terri was very responsive.

This was our second time enjoying this beautiful home. Loved it both times. Neighborhood is very family friendly and quiet. House was very clean and excellent fit for my family vacation and convenient location to anything we needed. Love how communicating and respective they are as well. Definitely would love to stay here again.

This home was beautiful. Lots of fresh light and the backyard was great. Very close to some great restaurants, will absolutely stay here again next time we’re in CDA.

For those who don’t know CdA, this is a prime spot launching on a hike, taking a paddle, or sitting on the beach. It’s also super close to the park and downtown. For those who do know the area, this is a place you’ve gone past and wondered who could be so fortunate to live there. If it’s available, you won’t be disappointed.

Tyler's place was PERFECT!! It was modern, beautifully decorated, and VERY comfortable. We loved our stay here and would definitely stay again!

What a beautiful cozy home! My husband and I stayed here with our 4 children, and we all loved it. The entire house is so clean and comfortable. It has everything you need plus more. We also loved the walk to the river, park, and a wonderful coffee shop near by. It was honestly one of our favorite air bnb’s we stayed at. We will definitely stay here again when we visit the area in the future. Thank you!
