Monthly Rentals in Coffs Harbour City Council

Had a wonderful stay at Phillip & Helen’s place. The location is absolutely perfect, with a beautiful beach right on the doorstep, and lovely walks in the surrounding area. The flat itself was clean & comfy, and the hosts were lovely. Couldn’t recommend enough, and will definitely be back!

Finally a place that understands women wear makeup;-)) Lighting & magnifying mirror in the bathroom was fantastic:-)) The accommodation was so close to everything. Beautiful & clean. Will definitely say again. Jo & Bella

We absolutely loved our stay! James and Gale were lovely hosts and the apartment had everything we needed and more! Breakfast was lovely with homemade muffins from Gale and the place was spotless with labels to find everything we needed. We would 100% choose to stay here if ever back in Coffs Harbour again!

I needed last minute accommodation for my daughters and I for the Oztag tournament that’s held in Coffs every year and stumbled upon Lynda listing by accident and thank god I did,from the booking to the payment process,everything was so simple.I had contact with Lynda almost immediately which made life so much easier. Upon arrival I was blown away with the easy instructions and how easy Lynda made everything ,whether it was notes she had put in a few places in regards to wi fi passwords etc,the place was beautiful and gave a Hawaii vibe with all these little beach touches here and there and hearing the ocean as she is literally 100 metres away from the beach was heaven compared to where I came from,Lynda and badger(her dog) were the friendliest nicest hosts I have ever had,she was always smiling and so pleasant to my kids and I whenever we bumped into one another,I highly recommend Lynda’s place for anyone heading to Coffs for a getaway and I will definitely be there again next year.
