We were in Buenos Aires for our son’s wedding and had another son and his wife staying with us. The apartment is the second floor of a grand old house in Belgrano, a beautiful, safe neighborhood. There were places for good breakfast and lunch nearby. We enjoyed the large spotless kitchen and the comfortable tv room. The bed’s are enormous and quite comfortable. Our friends who are from Buenos AIres saw it and asked for the contact information. We highly recommend this apartment, but we are used to city sounds of buses and traffic.

Excellent and comfortable apartment! In a very good area, with everything around. In addition to squares and parks, there are very close avenues such as Cabildo and Libertador. Good details that make things easier for those coming from abroad (bus card, universal plug adapter, two sets of keys). Adapted wall plugs. It has cable TV. A double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and a social bathroom in the living room. Nice balcony with chairs and table overlooking García del Río Avenue. The host, Dafne, is very kind.

Very cozy and compact apartment, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is well-equipped, and the location is great. We felt right at home here! The apartment is very bright and full of natural light. It was a little noisy at times because of the school in the yard, but that was just a minor inconvenience. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would happily come back.

We felt very comfortable with Fernando. The apartment is clean, nicely furnished and has everything you need. The location is wonderful, with a large park and many good restaurants in the corner, and at the same time very quiet and safe for Buenos Aires. If we were in BA again, we would come back anytime!

We stayed in Ignacio's apartment and it was a fantastic experience. Ignacio is an exceptional host, always attentive and available to help. The place is clean, cozy and well located, ideal for exploring the city. I definitely recommend the apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay. We hope to return soon!

10/10, Federica was super helpful and personable from start to finish, helping me with check-in and checkout and attentive to any questions and issues I had. Great internet, in-unit washer, decent water pressure, fantastic work desk. The apartment is her home and it shows; it's comfy, thoughtfully laid out and decorated and has everything you need. The area is safe and the location is FANTASTIC, near multiple parks (which, as a runner, I was very grateful for) and lots of high-quality grocery stores, supermarkets, restaurants, etc. Close to a main street for busses and not a far walk (about 8-10m) from a Subte metro station. Building manager is really sweet as well. I didn't want to leave. Thanks Fede for the stay & for your help/patience!

We loved it, we were very comfortable, we were not cold, the bathroom extras, such as soaps, shampoo and conditioner and hair dryer were a plus that I did not expect, and it is very practical. The building itself is very quiet, and easily accessible, we always find parking in the area. We will return for future visits to Buenos Aires
