Family-friendly holiday rentals in Cogoleto

We had a wonderful stay at this unique home. Never stayed in a castle before...and it was awesome! It is full of history and charm, with a family feel. We spent a good amount of time out on the stone deck enjoying wine and the great views. We also enjoyed simply walking around the inside and looking at the old paintings and decorations. It is great when an Airbnb goes beyond being just a place to sleep and instead becomes a big part of the overall travel experience. The castle is modernized in the important ways, but the host does go out of his way to portray it accurately in the full description. Also, it is a bit outside of town and so it may be best to have a vehicle during your visit. The host was extremely responsive when I had a couple of questions, and the arrival/check in process was made easy with an in-person meeting when we arrived. We also had an amazing dinner at the restaurant they recommended. Overall, this was an exceptional Airbnb and I would highly recommend it.

Fantastic stay, it felt like being at home! The location was perfect, very central and accessible to sightseeing and restaurants. The host, Angela, was very friendly and super responsive, with great greeting and shared a lot of suggestions. Everything went very smoothly and no issues. Highly recommended :)

Perfect apartment for our vacation of 6 days. Everything was like description! Albert response very quickly and helped wirth everything, The apartment was very close to beach and city center, also the apartment was large, very clean, the kitchen is full equiped. You will not regret if you choose this acomodation!

There were 5 of us in Stefanos' accommodation. The apartment is large enough, super clean, well equipped, flooded with light and very cozy. Stefano always responded super fast and check-in was easy even though we arrived late. The pool is even better than it looks in the photos and the garden area is beautiful and invites you to linger. We felt comfortable and would definitely book the place again.

This apartment is located at the Corniglia bus stop - so it’s easy to take the bus up and skip those 377 steps if you want! The apartment has a lovely terrace with beautiful views of the Mediterranean, comfortable furniture, and air conditioner units in every room. The only thing to be aware of is: if you like to shower, that is a bit difficult in the jacuzzi as the ceilings are low (but if you like bathing it’s a cozy tub with a cool sunroof which opens for ventilation)

Pretty little cottage located in the middle of nature Carlo and Roberto are very kind and welcoming. With beautiful little touches Perfect for going green! We enjoyed our living space for the duration of the stay, the accommodation is well equipped and has a deckchair and a table for eating on the terrace I highly recommend it, a real change of scenery! In addition, the place is located near the beach, 15 min walk Don't hesitate to rent a scooter in Diano Marina to fully enjoy the coasts and not get too tired on the climbs ;) If you want to be in a different setting and in a quiet place, this is the perfect place.

Very nice house overlooking the beautiful hills of Monferrato; it corresponds exactly to the photos, it is very clean and offers many services (washing machine and dishwasher, in the kitchen there is everything you need for cooking - and even more, including electric whisks and immersion blender! - various condiments and spices, various pots and pans, knives and cutting boards, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle and milk frother, and everything you need to clean the house - plus iron with ironing board and clothes rack). The road to access it is slightly winding but going slowly you can get there without problems and the hosts were super responsive to messages; kind and very helpful but not intrusive. If you're a cat lover, this is the place for you because there are 4 sweet fur balls that love cuddles! I'd be more than happy to go back for another weekend getaway. Recommended!

The house is very spacious and extremely clean. We were two couples of friends and we had the utmost privacy. The location is excellent for exploring the villages of the Langhe. Helena and Mauro are exceptional hosts. The private wine tour that Mauro offered us was an unforgettable experience.

This is such an amazing property, with amazing views from both balcony's. Lucia was so friendly and made us feel right at home. We arrived late in the afternoon, hungry and tired, Lucia kindly booked us a table at an authentic Italian restaurant literally 30 seconds walk away from the apartment. She also kindly gave us instructions on how we could best see the surrounding areas and how to travel around which made our experience even more amazing. The center of Santa Margherita is just a short bus ride away and there is a ferry port where you can explore portofino, San fruttusco and many more places of the coast. We will definitely be back!😁 We will definitely be back😁

We absolutely loved our stay in Castè — it was a magical place. Peaceful, beautiful views, an inviting courtyard with fairy lights and fireflies. The apartment was clean and filled with antique furniture and lovely details. Gianni and Antonella were very accommodating, meeting us at check in and showing us everything to ensure we were comfortable. They also spent the first 30 minutes, explaining sites to see in Cinque Terre, where to eat, park the car, and some insider tips. We felt right at home and can't wait to go back!

We absolutely LOVED our time in Genoa, and our places hosted by Valentina was a great place to stay. Check-in was a smooth process, and Valentina and her son were really helpful and gave us plenty of local advice/recommendations! Only thing I would keep in mind - the apartment isn't able to have air-conditioning, but keeping the windows open helps to cool the place down. Overall, we would absolutely recommend this Airbnb and hope that future guests are able to enjoy this well located, comfortable place!

The house is ideal for a large family group. The children can swim in the nearby river, and the pizza oven is a great activity for the whole family. Everything is as described: clean and tidy. Great. The communication and helpfulness are very, very good. We felt at home!

Perfect place to start our trip. We enjoyed the beautiful view of the Mediterranean from the balcony. With two teenage boys, we could spread out in the 3 bedrooms. We went swimming and had yummy gelato and delicious dinner at Il Guercio Food & Drink in Finalborgo (medieval village). The host was extremely responsive pre-trip and during our stay. The apartment was very clean. The kitchen had everything we needed. Slept to the sound of the ocean. Wonderful! Highly recommend. Just as described 😁

The apartment is great, the view really makes and has a big private balcony which overlooks the Barolo area. Ila and Roberta were both brilliant, friendly and attentive. Would 100% recommend and maybe return one day

The place was a dream! You had your peace, because the nearest neighbors were further away. You could spend the day relaxing by the pool and have a good time. The communication was great, we were even able to check in a little earlier. If there were any questions, Sara was always available. We personally searched for the accommodation for a long time, because the link from Google Maps did not work. Nevertheless, we had a great family vacation in the vineyards😍

This is the best AirBnB experience of my life. The apartment and location are incredible, and Damiana (and her husband) were fantastic hosts. The apartment has been recently upgraded and everything was just perfect - unbelievable views of the town and ocean, super clean and comfortable bed, super clean and well-appointed bathroom, and lovely small kitchen (with what seems brand new washing machine and dishwasher, large fridge, oven, coffee maker and lots of little touches like bread for toasting, great dishes and cooking utensils, etc.). The veranda has nice furniture and a shade umbrella, and the whole place has roll-down blackout shutters then let us sleep in as late as we wished. Damiana arranged for parking in the village for us (no easy feat), and her husband walked to meet us and get us checked in. Damiana had great suggestions for eating places (even booking places on our behalf), and great idea ideas for hikes to do and things to see. You will not be disappointed!!

I cannot describe in words how beautiful and amazing our stay was, but I will try. The location: Beautiful place. House located uphill but there are buses from the centre (close to the beach) that leaves you close to the house. We just walked uphill each day and cooled off in the pool later ;) Sergia was kind enough to offer picking us up from the centre a few times too but the walk is quite nice. The house: Exactly as described and as in pictures. Serene garden, cute pool, well stocked kitchen and cozy interiors. This villa comes with a terrace with a sea view, a beautiful front garden. The other villa has a slightly larger front garden. Since no one was in the other villa, Sergia let us go in there as well. There is a common garden out front with the pool. Everything was beautiful and cozy. The hosts: Sergia and Orso were so kind, I cannot explain it. Sergia baked us some cake and cut us some fruit. Because we were late to get there, Orso even went grocery shopping for us.

What a place! Fantastic penthouse high up on the mountain with magically beautiful and expansive views in all directions. We will miss the large terrace and, of course, the rooftop pool! Camogli is a cozy seaside resort and it was also easy to get around and visit the beautiful surroundings. We had a rental car, but public transport (bus and train) also worked very well. Angelo and Tomasso were very good hosts - nice reception and always quick answers. We have had a wonderful holiday here and will gladly return!

We spent two nights on the boat and enjoyed the time very much. Corrado and his whole family are very hospitable, gave us a very nice welcome with aperitif on the boat and brought a great breakfast in the morning. The best thing was the boat trip, which we also booked with Corrado! Our children and we had a great time and it was a unique experience!

A beautiful spot in the absolute serenity of nature. The nearest town of roses, Bosalasco, was a stunning surprise. Paola is a lovely woman who will do everything to accommodate you, gentilissima as they say here. We were two couples with a 2-year-old child and our days spent barbecuing, playing ping pong, swimming in the pool, and putting the world to rights over some local wine were memories we'll forever cherish. Would not hesitate to stay again. Thanks, Paola.

A great apartment in fab location. Carla was extremely helpful and responsive. Loved enjoying coffee and wine on the balcony. Pool opening times need to observed, they depend on the time of the year. Convenient parking. A lovely stay, would happily return.

Great stay at Daniela's. The view from the terrace is really amazing. Daniela is super accommodating and recommended good places that she was able to book for us. As in most seaside homes in the area, the train passes just behind the house, which is convenient for visiting the surrounding villages but causes a little noise pollution.

Enrico was a great host. Always on hand but still gave us good space to enjoy the property. He was helpful when we had an emergency too. Nice property in the hills

The reception was extremely friendly, just like last year. Everything is very straightforward and communication with Elisabetta is perfect. The apartment is very lovingly furnished and very well equipped. The terrace with the magnificent view is unique. The proximity to the beach is great. This year the pool was open. Beautiful complex with magnificent views.
