The house is located in the center of Portugal, 30 km from the city of Coimbra, 45 km from Serra da Estrela and 15 km from Bussaco. We are located 15 minutes from Vila Nova de Poiares, Mortágua, Lousa and Arganil. Penacova, the county seat, is 10 minutes away. You can visit the pergola and Penedo de Castro, with unique views over the Mondego River, and it also offers several walking trails. A visit to the Lorvão Interpretive Center is a must, where you can taste its ex-libris, the snowy and the Lorvão pastry.

A casa do muro foi decorada de forma simples e agradável, com criatividade, de modo a que os hóspedes se sintam acolhidos neste espaço. A cozinha está preparada para fazer refeições ou apenas coisas mais simples, como um pequeno almoço. A casa encontra-se numa zona habitacional onde se misturam as pessoas que sempre aqui residiram e os estudantes universitários. No mesmo edifício há um outro espaço (casa com 2 quartos), onde poderás, eventualmente, encontrar outros hóspedes que visitam a cidade.

Even in Largo da Sé Velha, where the mythical Serenata sings, Coimbra sits here on every corner. A fabulous spot to never forget Coimbra.

Independent house with shared courtyard located on Rua de Sobre Ribas, in the middle of UNESCO between the university high and the downtown area. With origins in medieval times, the house was renovated in 2000 to be our home and lived in it for almost 20 years. In 2023, there were minor adaptations. The house is not advisable for people with limited mobility or for young children (being the consideration and responsibility of the parents). You have access to the shared outdoor courtyard.

Located in the heart of the city of Coimbra, next to the UNESCO World Heritage "University of Coimbra - Alta and Sofia" the AH33 - Studios are an excellent starting point to enjoy the best that Coimbra has to offer. Each bright studio has a living room and a bedroom with private bathroom with hardwood floors, kitchen / kitchenette with induction hob, microwave, fridge, kitchen utensils and dinnerware. The AH33 - Studios offers cable TV, free Wi-Fi and air conditioning in all studios.

(Casa Beluga 1 is located next to Casa Beluga 2 but are independent)

We also have to offer super fast Wi-Fi, as well as cable connection in all rooms, living room and balcony. We also have flat-screen cable TV in all rooms with more than 100 channels. The house has central heating system.

It is located a few kilometers from the schist villages of Serra da Lousã and the iconic Trevim swing. Ideal for those who enjoy mountain activities or simply to relax.

Spend a weekend in a stone house in the heart of a Portuguese village that emerged before 1600. Ideal for those looking for tranquility and connection with nature. Restored and with heating, the house offers comfort, offering a double room and a sofa bed. It is close to the walkways and the river beach of São Simão, the river beach of Louçainhas, the Casmiloalls and the waterfall of the Rio dos Mouros, in Condeixa, passing the Carmelita and Santiago routes.

Great little house in small working village near Coimbra ( 25'away). Between Lousa(8 K) and Miranda da Corvo (14k). Quiet and peaceful, with views over fields. Fully equipped for Summer, April to September. NO MORE BBC CHANELS ! ( the BBC has removed us from their satellite!) Dutch, French and German channels plus a few others.....about 400 of them! There is NO Portuguese TV Chanel's
