Welcome to this calm, fresh and harmonious space. The studio is newly renovated and situated on the bottom floor of our villa in a little village close to Gland. Me and my family live on the first floor. It has a terrasse and a gorgeous view of the Alps and lake Geneva. There’s a bio farmer’s market next to the house! Local restaurant at 200m. We’re a five minute drive from the highway and about 25 min from Geneva and Lausanne. There’s a bus that takes you to the train station in Nyon. .

On the ground floor of a newly renovated detached house, on the edge of the Jura Vaudois Natural Park. Great for walks, mountain biking, etc. Dedicated entrance and access path via a staircase, nice equipped garden. 15 minutes to Nyon by train. 45 minutes to Geneva (+ airport) / 30 minutes by car). Train stop 5 minutes' walk away. Close to the Genolier clinic, Paleo Well-equipped, private garden, magnificent view of Lake Geneva, Geneva, and Mont Blanc. Very quiet.

The studio has a bathroom, an arranged kitchen, a warm seating area with its pellet stove as well as a beautiful space for your meals. For sunny days you can enjoy the private balcony. the apartment offers you a magnificent view of Lake Geneva as well as the Alps. Ability to visit the estate.

Spot wild dear, go skiing, hiking, take our snowshoes on an adventure, or simply come and relax in our wood powered hot-tub. The chalet is cozy and modern, open plan with a nice fire to sit by. It's ideal for 2, but 4 people can also fit. With 2 outside terraces you can have breakfast and dinner in the sun.
