The house is very comfortable and spacious. The kitchen had a nice fridge with a good filter water system and they also have another really good fridge that if you are celebrating any event is perfect for those drinks. The kitchen in general is pretty good and BIG. The common areas are very nice, all with a/c wich is really needed in Cuba.The backyard and pool were always very clean because they have a person who clean every day. All a/c around the house worked very good and the generator covered everything in the house when the power went out; one of the day the generator had a little issue but I called Eduardo and he came to fix it himself in 30 mins, and only took him to fix like 5-10 mins..I loved that.The rooms are very spacious and comfortable and the bathrooms are good too. I would definitely come back and recommended it because all my family and me loved the house and we had a really nice family time there with no issues.the house is surrounded by embassies wich it make it safe

Beautiful home! Security and house staff were friendly and very helpful! Restaurants are within walking distance. House was well kept, clean and lots of room for 5 adults. The pool area was beautiful and a great place to relax in the evening. Would stay again.

Very nice and service minded host. The house was according to the pictures. Big and nice Important to note that the location is not as it was indicated on the map in Airbnb where it seems like it very close to the old town. I think the address is correct in the ad, but it appears wrongly in the map on Airbnb

We spent only two days... we felt very comfortable!! Ideal for three, four people. The Miramar area is the quietest in Havana. The apartment is as it appears in the photos. The pool is the best thing that can happen to you with the Cuban heat. Tania and Pelayo are very kind... attentive to our needs. I 100% recommend this apartment. Kind regards.

The host and her family where great and very accommodating. Their home was nice, clean and on a quiet street. I was always out the house every morning so I was not bothered by the morning black outs plus there was just a hurricane that went through Cuba so it was expected that I would have power issues. I definitely recommend staying here its peaceful and private and the location was perfect for me. Thank you for having me.

I stayed in Carlos' apartment in Havana and found it very welcoming, located in a delightful area of the city, perfect for immersing yourself in the local atmosphere. Although not a very recent construction, it is still well-functioning and equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay. Recommended for those looking for an authentic and comfortable experience.

My friends and I (6 people) felt safe and secure at Tania's house for two weeks. The house staff was polite and always available to help us and kept our stay comfortable. We are grateful for the opportunity to check in early in the morning upon arrival. A pleasant bonus was the presence of WiFi, which nevertheless can work unstable depending on the day of the week and time of day, which is a peculiarity of the work of the Cuban telecom operator. It is impossible not to mention the presence of a large terrace on the roof of the house, where in the evenings you can discuss with friends plans for the coming days of the trip and drink a couple of cocktails.

The cottage was the best of three different places we have stayed at when visiting Vedado this past year. Loved the artwork and the breezy patio. Beautiful garden.

I was staying for 17 days with the family impeccable attention. Lovely people. The expectacular house with all the amenities central and with supermarkets. Restaurants. Nearby. Margarita's house is one of the most beautiful homes I've stayed in. The pictures don't actually do it justice. The back yard is very large and lush, full of fruit trees and song birds. The pool was a great place to spend the afternoon. The home has everything you might need. Margarita was very quick to answer any questions that we had. Niurka and Nieve, the sisters who cook breakfast and clean up, are so wonderful. We are gluten free and our daughter is also vegetarian. They provided great breakfasts full of fruit, cheese and eggs any way you want them. They could not, obviously, provide gluten free bread. However, we brought our own pancake mix and they became experts very quickly. We also asked them to prepare us some meals, which were delicious. The cost is similar to what you'd pay in a restaurant, but we had so much that we had leftovers for the next evening (and then some). A great chance to have some tasty Cuban cuisine. The house is in a small neighbourhood right across from the fortifications. If you want to get over to the other side of the harbour, you'll need a taxi (about 10 cuc). It's very peaceful. I really can't say enough about this place!

We had an exceptional stay with the family (at 5) in this accommodation ideally located in the heart of old Havana. The location is perfect: in a quiet alley of a lively neighborhood, with a magnificent view from the balcony and above all an amazing rooftop terrace! A stone's throw away, great restaurants complete the whole thing. The rooms are all air-conditioned, clean, with their own bathroom and the beds are comfortable. The listing is true to the photos, no surprises. A huge thank you to Leonor, our co-host, for his availability, kindness and valuable help throughout the stay. The breakfast offered at extra cost is pleasant, and the exchange rate is quite correct, much more secure than in the city. Thank you so much for everything! I would definitely recommend this property.

Selected this location for its proximity to Fábrica de Arte Cubano but even though the FAC was closed for remodeling we were happy to have found it. Guest area is on the second floor of a big home on the corner of the intersection of two streets with a veranda elevated above the street corner. There were lots of plants and creature comforts at this unit and the housekeeper Belkis was awesome! Though this review rates the property at five stars it's rating is intended to be relative to other properties in the area. So, even though there was some street noise in the rooms at night (nice touch providing the ear plugs) and the common area wasn't air conditioned it was still much nicer than surrounding properties. Thanks for such a nice stay and thanks again for Belkis- she's charming, thorough and attentive!

Clary was extremely nice and responsive we were a bit lost in the beginning an she was very helpful and actually walk to the next block to get us I highly recommend the rental

incredible value. we have the entire place to ourselves and it was just four of us. super helpful staff that gave recommendations on things to do and where to go along with exchanging money and making meals on demand. we hung out with them and got to really enjoy ourselves. I would recommend this location for groups that want to be close to everything and walkable. also nice that there is security at the house every evening and staff available 24/7 to help with any needs.

Alot of space. Definitely for 2 or more people. Nighttime was a bit noisy. Walking around day and night was as safe as it gets. The cell phone service he provided was awesome!
