Two living rooms: one for watching TV & one for being cozy by the fireplace. The full kitchen has all needed amenities and there is lovely dining space for eating meals together. One full bathroom w/shower and laundry room included in the unit. Child items available. Beautiful backyard space with fire pit.

River Hideaway

Knotty pine nearly throughout, whirlpool bathtub, granite countertop, new appliances, washer/dryer. Cookware & dinnerware provided. Outdoor gas grill (& older charcoal) and fire bowl (bring own firewood). WiFi not available & cell service is marginal. There is a queen sz bed downstairs, & a sofa bed (w/sm defect), the loft has a futon that flattens into small double bed, and there are 2 twin beds. No large, loud parties that go on into the night as there are neighbors, including the owners.

The loft is located on Main Street in historic downtown Hutchinson. Walking distance to little shops, restaurants, bars, the library, the historic movie theatre and others. Less than 2 blocks gets you to the Luce Line Trail along the Crow River.
