Two living rooms: one for watching TV & one for being cozy by the fireplace. The full kitchen has all needed amenities and there is lovely dining space for eating meals together. One full bathroom w/shower and laundry room included in the unit. Child items available. Beautiful backyard space with fire pit.

Knotty pine nearly throughout, whirlpool bathtub, granite countertop, new appliances, washer/dryer. Cookware & dinnerware provided. Outdoor gas grill (& older charcoal) and fire bowl (bring own firewood). WiFi not available & cell service is marginal. There is a queen sz bed downstairs, & a sofa bed (w/sm defect), the loft has a futon that flattens into small double bed, and there are 2 twin beds. No large, loud parties that go on into the night as there are neighbors, including the owners.
