Located outside a small, quiet hamlet (altitude 800 metres) at the end of a winding road, the south-facing barn enjoys panoramic views of the mountains, and is surrounded by fields and woods - with no vis-à-vis! Entirely renovated using ecological materials, the gîte retains all the charm and authenticity of a Pyrenean dwelling, but with all the comfort of a purpose-built gite. The barn caters to everybody – couples, solos, families with children, and walkers with their four-legged friends.

Beautiful gite/retreat situated at 800m in an old stone grange renovated with natural materials. The gite is nestled between pastures and woods with an incredible view of the Pyrenees mountains. Final access (75m) is on foot to maintain the tranquillity of the location. Immerse yourself in nature, escape the pollution of the city...come and relax! Your hosts Lee and Susie offer a 90 minute vinyasa yoga class or a 5 day introduction to handweaving - design and weave your own fabric item.

La Pauzette gîte with views of the Ariège Pyrenees

Relaxation guaranteed in this cosy and spacious accommodation located at an altitude of 900 m with a breathtaking view of the Valier mountain. The green setting will seduce you... The accommodation is fully equipped and has a private terrace. It is attached to our house but the entrance is independent. On site, there is a Nordic bath and a sauna which can be booked on the day of arrival or in advance of course but it is an additional service not included in the rental price.

La Cabane du Chevreuil welcomes you to a 4 ha permaculture site for a comfortable, exotic and informative stay in the heart of nature. Located at the top of the mountain pass in Ariége, at the start of many hikes and close to many family activities, this ideally located character cottage will allow you to stay in an idyllic and quiet setting. The Auberge de la Sapinière, located nearby, can accommodate you by reservation. Ideal accommodation for 4 people! You can of course be 6 max thanks to the sofa bed in the living room but of course the comfort will be less.
