le chalet se trouve dans un secteur très calme entouré de bois avec des parcours de promenade dans la forêt à 200 mètres. Nouveau horaire d’arrivée 19h et départ 14h pour plus de souplesse suite à une forte demande 😉 Terrasse extérieur couverte avec canapé et fauteuil pour une bonne détente. Nous sommes à 45 min des premières stations de ski. Notre habitation se trouve à 10mètres donc nous serons vous conseiller et serons très réactifs en cas de problème. Il ne reste plus qu’à réserver 😊..

Fully equipped: ground floor: kitchen/living room with dishwasher, oven and stove, TV room with sofa bed, bathroom with washing machine, toilet and bedroom with a double bed. In the attic, a large space with double bed, single bed and a play area for children (toys, books) Outdoor barbecue and shed with outdoor toys for kids. Village cottage

The cottage is attached to our house and independent. A mezzanine with double bed, and on the ground floor in the main room, a single bed equipped with a pull-out bed that can sleep a 4th person. It is a small village of Belledonne, 30 minutes from the 7 Laux ski resort at the start of hiking trails with many road bike and mountain bike routes. A movie theater 7 km away in the valley the pleasure of meeting and sharing homemade jams!

La neige est tombée abondamment sur la station et le soleil est de retour. Toutes les conditions sont réunis pour passer un très agréable séjour ! N'hésitez à nous contracter pour bénéficier d'une expérience encore plus intéressante. Chalet tout équipé et tout confort (Voir descriptif détaillé photo n°28). "L'Élan des cœurs" Gîte

Chalet individuelle au calme avec vue extraordinaire sur nos montagnes et la vallée, situé à 10 minutes de l’A41 sortie échangeur n°24, environ 20 minutes de Grenoble et 20 minutes de la station de ski, les 7 Laux (très bon enneigement actuellement) balade en raquettes, ski de fond, ou simplement ski-bar
