The large terrace is a focal point, the perfect place to enjoy meals with your own mountain panorama. The private garden will be a favourite spot, a space to play in the sun or snow.

Venez vous ressourser au cœur de la Vallée Verte à 960 mètres d'altitude. A 5 mn de la station de ski les Habères, cinéma, commerces, et randonnées au départ du chalet. Thonon, Evian, Genève, Annecy, Chamonix, à moins d' une heure de voiture. Le logement : En rez de jardin et refait à neuf en 2023. Il se compose d'une cuisine, une salle de bains, et d'une grande chambre avec un petit canapé. Terrasse et piscine 4×7 à disposition l'été. Pour information des chats circulent dans le jardin.

Sunny cocoon studio, on the edge of the forest

Come and recharge your batteries in this studio on the ground floor of a chalet on the edge of the forest, quiet, with a lovely view of the green valley. The studio and the entire property are entirely non-smoking. Our cottage is located on the side of the road, but it is not very busy because we are at the end of the town. Numerous walks on foot or by bike from the chalet, and even more in Vallée Verte! Possibility to do an outdoor sauna session. Feel free to reach out to learn more.

Welcome to our cozy 17sqm cabin in the woods, perfect for your next mountain holiday. With Mont Blanc gracing the horizon, you'll be treated to breathtaking views. Please note that this lovely tiny home is situated away from the town centre. It is about 1 hour on foot, 10 minutes by bus, or 4 mins by car. Also, this is the last year Le Cabin de Cerro will be available to book on Airbnb. In September 2026 the cabin will undergo an extension and will no longer be a tiny home.

Belkii Hut

The Belki tree house is 1200 m above sea level, surrounded by wilderness, with panoramic views of Lake Geneva. It is located 500 m from the parking lot. It is not connected to water or electricity and allows you to unwind in a magnificent environment. The cabin is heated by a wood-burning stove that provides an exceptional atmosphere and is lit by LED lighting. Provided: -6 liters of mineral water - gas stove - cups, tea, coffee, sugar -wood for stove 4G network

In winter, come ski on the Hirmentaz 1600 m (Haute Savoie) area and enjoy this ski resort because the chairlift awaits you a few meters from the Ch'Ti@ppart

You want a small family resort with restaurants, bars and bakery next to the studio during the winter. Hirmentaz, a small resort with 50 km of alpine slopes and cross-country trails. In the heart of a small hamlet with typical charm, you will enjoy the view of the surrounding mountains. Ideal starting point for hiking, biking, skiing (resorts less than 20 minutes away), or getaways to Annecy, Chamonix, Geneva (1 hour) or Lake Geneva (40 minutes).
