Really close to the mountain (for those who love hiking), to the Sanctuary of San Gabriele and 40 minutes from the seaside and the Adriatic coast. 1h from Pescara, 2h from Rome Airports by car or bus. The structure, fully fenced, has got a private entrance, 3 car places, a patio with table and chairs in the private garden, a vegetable garden and a small orchard. Two bedrooms each with a private bathroom, kitchen, dining room with sofa-bed and fireplace, extra bathroom.

Casa Fenice is located next to an olive grove and overlooking the cultivated fields of neighboring farms. Across the valley of the Saline River you will see the vineyard of San Lorenzo wines, the medieval villages of Elice and Castilenti, and small suburbs with support businesses for the farmers in the area. The nearest neighbor is 200m away, so with the exception of the occasional friendly farmer on his tractor, you are able to enjoy the blissful peacefulness of country living.

Old 1800's rural house completely renovated with all comforts located in the outskirts of a small village in the Abruzzo pre-Apennines. 30 minutes by car from the Adriatic coast, 40 minutes from Gran Sasso and Maiella mountains (+2000 mt) and 2 hours by car from Rome. The house is equipped with a wooden deck of 20 m² facing south with views of the valley and the surrounding woods, suitable for outdoor dinners and lunches, yoga, meditation in complete tranquility and privacy.

“Corte dell’Annunziata”, located in the historic center of Sulmona, stands out for its elegant furnishings, attention to detail and its large private garden - a peaceful retreat where guests can relax. The property offers a shaded patio, a gazebo for outdoor breakfasts and meals, a fully equipped outdoor kitchen, a barbecue perfect for cookouts with friends, and a hot tub (available only from May to September). Detached house, ideal as a base for mushroom hunting, mountain biking or simply a few days of rest within the splendid panorama of the Gran Sasso; 10 min from Lake Penne, 15 from Rigopiano and 20 from the Voltigno plain. Equipped with a tavern with a fireplace for dinners with friends, and a pergola with a window where you can enjoy a barbecue overlooking the olive groves, bicycle shelter and/or for 4-legged friends, sunbed and deckchair to enjoy the outdoor spaces.

La Taverna

Comfortable apartment in a central area. Private parking is available in front of the house and an exclusive garden equipped for friends and families. The apartment is on the ground floor and consists of a large living area equipped with: an electric oven, induction hob, fireplace and a practical sofa bed; a spacious double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. The garden lights are scheduled to be turned off by 11:00 p.m., and unscheduled parties are not allowed.

Glamping Abruzzo - The Yurt

This luxurious yurt, with its own private hot-tub and fire-pit, is set in a peaceful olive grove, with sweeping views to the Majella mountain. Part of an organic olive farm, thirty minutes from Pescara Airport. Magnificent National Parks are nearby and the local restaurants are excellent too. Regretably, we are unable to accomodate pets, or chilldren under the age of 12 and alterations to your reservation are only accomodated prior to seven days in advance.

Consisting of a large living room with sofa bed, TV and fireplace, kitchen, three bedrooms, three bathrooms with shower, one of which is external. Large terrace on the beach. Air conditioning and underfloor heating. Ideal for enjoying the summer nightlife of the Riviera and the peace and tranquility of the sea in winter.

"O blessed solitude, or only bliss" Immersed in the tranquility of nature and a few meters from the Annorsi Fountain and its precious spring water, the "Gran Sasso Refuge" was a stable for sheep. After years of abandonment, converted to residential and accommodation use, it found a second life thanks to a wise renovation that, while respecting the context, made use of the latest technologies such as the floor heating system or the ventilated roof structure
