I can’t say enough about this little place, it’s perfect for a couple. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was very spacious and clean, they provided not only essentials but the extras too, hair mouse shaving cream. Along with the shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Towels were thick, and an extra set was also Provided. Coffee for our three night stay. They also provided everything we needed to use the fire pit. Just a great experience all the way around. We will be back♥️

This house was perfect. It was beautifully decorated, extremely clean, and had everything we needed. The coffee bar and nespresso machine were great! Everything in the house worked well and there were many small details that helped make our stay more comfortable. There was also a beautiful view of downtown and the outdoor space was such a nice bonus. Our family of 5 had plenty of space. We will definitely stay here again if we go to Reno!

A+! Wonderful place and a wonderful host. The hotel is charming, has lots of character, and it was cozy! I'm impressed at how clean and perfect all the utilities in the bathrooms and kitchen are. The room was stylish, yet also clean and comfortable I was also thankful to have a hotel option that would welcome my dog near the Hot Springs. It's affordable, beautiful, and has a great vibe. I want to check out the restaurant next time I visit, it looked especially cute and inviting. Thanks Chelsea!

Loved staying with Evelyn! Felt welcome by the fact she had written my name on the welcome plate at the door of the garage-side entrance. Such a beautiful place with a nice backyard that she has been working on herself! Guest room is separated from Evelyn’s side of the house with a fence so the dog she takes care of won’t bother you. She’s also very friendly and fun to chat with! The pastry in the room and sparkling water was also a really kind gesture.
