Walking distance of Uni Brighton Moulsecoomb campus (15-20 mins); UoB Falmer & Uni Sussex campus (35-40 mins). Meals not provided - guests have full use of kitchen to prepare/eat meals & hot drinks. Space in the fridge available. There's a local shop 0.5 mi selling a small selection of food. Aldi, nearest supermarket, is 1 mile away.

The bus goes from the bottom of our road to the Seven Sisters white cliffs. The bars, cafes, shops and restaurants of Brighton Marina are close by, the town centre is a 20 minute stroll along the beach. Ubers are readily available and buses run frequently day and night. Meter parking on our road.

Welcome to the Green Room Nestled on the edge of Brighton amidst the picturesque South Downs, the Green Room has stunning views of the South Downs National Park. It is just a 20 minute bus ride or cycle into Vibrant Brighton and its glorious seafront. The Annex has its own entrance and is fully equipped with everything you’ll need The Annex is part of our family home and although it’s a private space, you will be able to hear kids and dogs playing in the garden below your decking at times
