Pondarosa - 2 bedroom barn conversion

A bright and airy two bedroom barn conversation with exposed beams on the side of our family home on the outskirts of Holcombe Village in Radstock. With parking outside the door and being on one level with widened internal doors, the accommodation is suitable for all abilities. The first of two bedrooms has a double bed and the second has two single beds. The bathroom has a walk in shower, towels provided. Open plan lounge, dining and kitchen area and small patio area just outside patio door

Nestling at the base of the Mendip Hills, you can enjoy the peace and tranquility of this lovely romantic spot amongst beautiful wildflower meadows. The hut is parked right next to a small stream whose gentle current cascades across the three weirs. The stream bristles with small Trout (and a few larger ones), and now, Beavers . The meadows abound with wildlife, and the surrounding countryside is crisscrossed with footpaths allowing you to explore the stunning countryside of the Mendip Hills.

Secluded Cabin on a Farm near Woods and Footpaths

Our Cabin is set in a secluded spot with lovely views overlooking farmland, horse paddocks and the surrounding countryside. There are many footpaths in the area. A 10 minute walk will take you into ancient Postlebury Woods or to our small aesthetic lake. Imagine coming back from a long relaxing walk or maybe from shopping and exploring the Roman city of Bath to a warming meal in the cabin followed by marshmallows over the firepit. If you'd like to bring your horse with you we can arrange it!

The Stables @ Hamiltons

The Stables is a tasteful, recently converted former stables and open barn that was built in 1979 on the site of the original 1850 Victorian Coach house, that was demolished in 1960. Situated within the grounds of our home “Hamiltons”, a former Victorian vicarage. Positioned at the top of “Jack and Jill” hill, this private, self contained accommodation has wonderful views out over the garden and across the valley to the village of Kilmersdon and the woods of Babington House beyond.
