This 1850s 4 bedroom cottage comfortably accommodates 6 and option for 8 with 2 large double bedrooms (1 ensuite), 2 small bedrooms each with a double bed (cosy for 2 or fine for 1). One of the small bedrooms is partitioned slightly as it contains dryer and vucuum. The main bathroom includes a shower above the bath. The cottage has 20ft living room with smart TV with Sky and Sky Sports. There is a 20ft dining room and well equipped kitchen. Everything is in place for a comfortable stay.

The living room is large & very comfortable with bi-fold doors opening up on to a private terrace with pretty views of the garden.

The Pigsty is a modern, comfortable barn conversion situated in an area that used to be part of the farmyard, opposite our farmhouse cottage and a pretty mill with a view of the village on the hillside where the sun sets. The Engine House offers self catering accommodation on the outskirts of Bath at Withy Mills Farm. A barn conversion located on a small dairy farm, The Engine House enjoys stunning view across the Mendip hills from your garden which has a wooden table and chairs. The Engine House will suit couples looking for a romantic hideaway. Snuggle up for a cosy evening with a log fire. Unfortunately The Engine House is not suitable for small children.
