Ground floor 2 bed 2 bath oceanfront villa that offers breath-taking panoramic views of the ocean. Updated and brand new to the market villa is fully stocked and ready for you to enjoy. The kitchen has plenty of cabinetry, brand new appliances including washer and dryer, and is fully furnished for your convenience. Living room has 60” smart TV, games, two arm chairs, a sofa, and an entrance to the balcony. Master suite has king size bed and TV. Second bedroom has two full beds and TV. Shorewood is a gated community in the South Forest Beach area and offers great amenities, has beautifully landscaped grounds with walkways that lead to the gated beach. The zero-entry oceanfront pool is seasonally heated, offers plenty of lounge chairs and pool toys. Additionally you can soak in the hot tub or have your children enjoy the baby pool. No need to walk far, as the restrooms and showers are close to the pool. There is plenty of parking available with easy access to the condo. The trash closet is right outside of your unit therefore no need to walk far. Just steps away to the most popular beach on the island, famous Coligny Plaza known for wonderful restaurants, shopping and entertainment and of course the beautiful and newly built Lowcountry Celebration Park that offers wonderful activities for the whole family. We know you will love our home away from home as much as we do! This is truly paradise and it will become one of your favorite vacation spots.

Two King BRs, 3rd BR with 2 Queens. Flat screen TVs, cable, ROKU in all BRs. Doorbell cam at front door porch with recording capability for host/guest safety. Beach access @ Omni resort and the Dunes House is a 5-10 min ride by bike and a 15 min walk. Beach towels/umbrellas/chairs not provided. Pool/spa not heated.

Ocean View Villa with resort amenities on South Forest Beach half a mile from popular Coligny Circle on Hilton Head Island. Enjoy the amenities of Ocean Oak Hilton without their prices and fees. Have coffee watching the sunrise on your ocean view deck, take a dip in the Hilton’s pools (larger kid pool is heated) and hot tubs or take a bike ride on the beach to Coligny for food, shopping, and libations. Follow that with a game of corn hole or enjoy a nice stroll on the beach!

This beautifully renovated and professionally decorated villa has direct ocean views where you can hear the waves crashing at the shore. Located in the highly desirable area of Coligny with access to over 60 shops and restaurants. This 3rd floor (with an elevator) luxurious escape will not disappoint. There is sleeping and dining for 10 guests.
