De woning bevindt zich op de 1e verdieping en heeft een nieuwe eigen toegang vanuit de hal. De keuken is voorzien van alle gemakken en de badkamer heeft bad en een douche. Geen airco en rookvrij. Het Noordzeestrand en stadjes als Goes en Zierikzee op 15 min. rijden.
