The Villa is located within the Villas del Palmar condominium. It is a family unit ideal for rest. It is a spacious house with lots of natural light with 2 bedrooms on the ground floor and 1 on the second floor, a kitchen, dining room and large living room. It also has a terrace overlooking the golf course where smoking is allowed (with restrictions). It is 5 minutes from shopping centers and La Audencia beach. Not included: Laundry detergent, shampoo Extra cleaning during the stay is at the guest's expense.

Guests also have access to a shared infinity pool with hammocks and beach umbrellas among the palms.
