A cozy retreat with a fireplace, private garden and panoramic balcony overlooking the Altopiano delle Rocche. Here you can breathe clean air, enjoy the morning light and the stars in the evening, in total peace of mind. The apartment combines mountain warmth with modern comfort: Smart TV with Netflix and Prime Video, fast Wi-Fi, full kitchen and large elevator. 5 minutes from Campo Felice, 20 minutes from Ovindoli and the trails of the Sirente-Velino Park, it is the ideal base in every season.

The house among olive trees

A cottage made up of stone and timber built on two storeys, with a large living room, glass window, a couch for two people and a bathroom with sauna; on the second storey there is a double bedroom. Outdoors, there is a large garden with a porch equipped with BBQ and a wooden table. The site is located on the pleasant hills between Bellegra and Olevano Romano. We have currently added two beds, set up in a wonderful Indian teepe available for two extra guests in addition to the four ones.

The Casa della Bifora is part of a small hotel spread over several locations (La Torre del Cornone). You will find us in the historic center of the village of Fontecchio (AQ), just a 5-minute walk from the main square of the village. Fontecchio is a medieval village, located in the heart of the Sirente Velino Park. This typical complex of ancient buildings is located in the southern corner of the town walls, with spectacular views of the green and quiet valley of the Aterno River.

Bright two-room apartment a short walk from the historic center of Rovere, 5 minutes from the Ovindoli ski resorts and 15 minutes from Campo Felice. Ideal for mountain and nature lovers, for horseback riding and outdoor sports enthusiasts. The apartment is located inside the Rovere residence with ample free parking inside and 24-hour concierge service. The residence is equipped with a picnic and barbecue area, and a ping pong table. Immersed in the nature of the Simbruini Mountains, you can rediscover an ancient and natural environment inspired by the early 1900s. You will not find the comforts of a hotel room, but the unique experience of spending a weekend rediscovering the ancient customs of peasant culture. Lighting with candles, kitchen heating and hot water with wood-burning stove, well water with old manual pump. You won't find wifi but a connection between yourself and nature. 2 adults and 1 child

Artist Studio apartment in historic palazzo

1 of 3 apartments at the recently restored 18 century Palazzo Galli. With vaulted ceilings throughout, and the walls adorned with original artwork, the apartment is part of an artist repopulation initiative known as "The Fontecchio International Airport", launched in 2020 by American artist Todd Thomas Brown. Villa Rādyca

Villa Rādyca (1150m above sea level) consists of 6 bedrooms (16 beds), a living room, a kitchen, 4 bathrooms and a games room ... for a total of over 200sqm. It is located in "Le Scalate", a green residential area in Villa Celiera, within Gran Sasso-Monti della Laga National Park, between Mt. Morrone and Merletti di Villa Celiera rocky spurs, with views of the surrounding mountains, and is also a few kilometres from the Piana del Voltigno. Pescara and the beach are 40km away.

"Il Grottino"

Delightful independent loft near the Mother Church, reachable by car. A few minutes from Campo Felice and Ovindoli. Finely furnished, ideal for couples and families up to 4 people, equipped with all comforts: dishwasher, oven, coffee machine, TV, WiFi, bathroom with shower/tub, underfloor heating. An independent cellar is available 50 m from the house with the possibility of storing luggage, skis, boots, bikes, washing machine and dryer. Minimum 2 nights. Pets accepted.

You will find serenity, privacy, lots of greenery, roses, enchanting views, proximity to the Simbruini Mountains Regional Park, excursions, the magnificent Subiaco with its Benedictine monasteries, an introduction to the art of wood carving, the possibility of eating under a wisteria pergola, listening to good music, love and many books. There is a path that starts from the property that crosses the woods.

Located in the historic center of the small village of San Lorenzo di Beffi, on the hills of the Aterno Valley, the house is immersed in the nature of one of the most beautiful regional parks in Italy, that of the Sirente Velino mountains.

Glamping Abruzzo - The Yurt

This luxurious yurt, with its own private hot-tub and fire-pit, is set in a peaceful olive grove, with sweeping views to the Majella mountain. Part of an organic olive farm, thirty minutes from Pescara Airport. Magnificent National Parks are nearby and the local restaurants are excellent too. Regretably, we are unable to accomodate pets, or chilldren under the age of 12 and alterations to your reservation are only accomodated prior to seven days in advance.
