It is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, surrounded by nature and with panoramic views of the valley. Free parking is 20 meters away.

Domus Donadei - apartment in the heart of L'Aquila

In the heart of L'Aquila's historic center, a few steps from Piazza Duomo, a very nice and spacious newly renovated apartment. You will enter a large living area with a kitchen equipped with all amenities. On the same floor you will have a spacious double bedroom and a bathroom. In the sleeping area, on the other hand, two small but comfortable single rooms together with a bathroom with shower will be the place of your rest. Possibility of parking in the immediate vicinity with a dedicated pass.

Really close to the mountain (for those who love hiking), to the Sanctuary of San Gabriele and 40 minutes from the seaside and the Adriatic coast. 1h from Pescara, 2h from Rome Airports by car or bus. The structure, fully fenced, has got a private entrance, 3 car places, a patio with table and chairs in the private garden, a vegetable garden and a small orchard. Two bedrooms each with a private bathroom, kitchen, dining room with sofa-bed and fireplace, extra bathroom.

A cottage made up of stone and timber built on two storeys, with a large living room, glass window, a couch for two people and a bathroom with sauna; on the second storey there is a double bedroom. Outdoors, there is a large garden with a porch equipped with BBQ and a wooden table. The site is located on the pleasant hills between Bellegra and Olevano Romano. We have currently added two beds, set up in a wonderful Indian teepe available for two extra guests in addition to the four ones.
