This listing is highly recommended! Spacious house with an amazing garden! All amenities are available. Children could play wonderfully in the garden, pool or stream behind the house! Absolutely recommended. Host Clara is very nice, communicates nicely and helps you on all sides. For example, we got fresh vegetables from her own garden several times and when we asked about a good restaurant, she called some of her own to book something for us. There is not much to do in the nearby area, so you do have to go by car to visit things. Only small downside is the fact that you can't get to the accommodation by car and therefore have to lift about 200 meters with your luggage over a somewhat steep path. All in all, a very nice accommodation and definitely recommended!

We were two families with a total of 5 small children. The terrace, which can be locked, is great for the children to play alone for a moment. The accommodation is great for several parties, as the rooms are all distributed and all have their own bathroom. Tim and his mother were always very polite and helpful when we needed something.

Chris’ place is amazing: cozy and quiet but close enough to the town, and the view is simply spectacular. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend Chris’ place to anyone planning a vacation in Italy.

Our group of friends (9 people) spent a week at this beautiful house. The house more than exceeded our expectations. It is beautifully decorated, superbly equipped and offers plenty of space. Our highlight was the pool, which is very large and clean. Rolf and Livia are very likable and available at any time. We would always come back!

Very comfortable house, clean and large pool. Pietro, despite not seeing him, was always available to respond and give us directions. The only downside is the location. You have to take a nice trip to do some things. But otherwise it's great.

We loved our stay at Giulia’s blue house. Beautiful garden, clean house and Giulia was sweet and helpful.

The Apartement that we got in the villa was absolutely beautiful. Alessandro is very friendly, helpful and communicative. Just be aware, that this place should not be booked if you‘re not traveling by car. Otherwise absolutely lovely place out in nature to relax.

A truly gorgeous Airbnb. The view, the home, the garden everything was amazing. The house was renovated with a lot of love at the time and more than exceeded our expectations. The view from the pool is fantastic. The only drawback is the space is a little off the beaten path. It takes about 15 minutes by car to get to large supermarkets. We would definitely come back here!

We had a really pleasant stay in this cozy apartment with attention to the smallest details. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the fireplace perfectly functional, with wood provided free of charge by the host. The apartment is immersed in the tranquility of the Modena Apennines, an ideal place for those looking to disconnect from the daily hustle and bustle. Nearby are several hiking trails, perfect for exploring the surrounding nature. Sergio and his wife were exceptional hosts: kind, helpful and never intrusive. Highly recommended for a rejuvenating break!

Although we do not speak Italian, we were able to communicate well with Cesare and he is very warm. We felt comfortable right away and the accommodation was just the thing for our stopover. Good parking even with a large car! Very, very nice and we will certainly come back.

Large multipurpose terrace in beautiful and peaceful surroundings, great hosts and communications, great value for money. 30 minutes from small city restaurants and groceries.

Mauro was a kind host who allowed us to check in early according to our needs. The apartment is convenient for getting around on foot but above all it has a private parking space included in the price (around the parking lots are all paid). Maybe a few more tools were missing in the kitchen, but overall everything went very well. Thank you

... beautiful location in front of a small Italian mountain village (opposite the church outside the castle-like village). The furnishings are practically thought out in a small space, without superfluous items and yet appealing. The location is optimal as a quiet retreat and for trips to the sea and sights: La Spezia 1/2 h by car, Cinque Terre Riomaggiore 1/2 h by car and 1/4 h by train (from La Spezia station), Lucca 1 h by car, Pisa 1 h by car and beach in Lerici 1/2 h by car. Hiking is probably also very interesting in the mountainous wooded area. We didn't do that this time and will try it out on our next stay. Since the mountain slope drops steeply right behind the house, there is a sunny spot only on the small balcony and on the old stone bench to the street. That's no problem with the little traffic and the totally nice neighbors. We felt very comfortable for 10 days.

Beautiful modern home, plenty of space, winery nearby, very peaceful.

The house is authentic, rustic and very lovingly furnished - exactly what we had hoped for from an Italian holiday. It was especially nice to have breakfast on the porch in the morning and enjoy the view of the countryside. The approach is a bit steep and requires a solid car, but you will be rewarded with peace and a fantastic location. The region is rich in culinary highlights, and short excursions by car are very worthwhile. Our hostess Irene was always available, very friendly and sent us great tips for the area, which inspired us.

Sara was super helpful, I was looking for a quiet place to stay after my dog's operation. From Sara, in addition to enjoying absolute peace and tranquility, we also had support for my dogs with a platform for my dog that could not do the stairs and a fenced area where I could let my other younger and more active dog run! A truly super friendly place for what is meant by dog wellness. I also loved their Mascot, a wonderful peacock that kept me company in the evening while I was working on the computer sitting at the outside table that Sara leaves available for guests. Highly recommended!😘

Elena's house is simply fantastic. A modern farmhouse with all the comforts in a Wow valley in the Tuscan Emilian Apennines. My partner and her family spent the Christmas holidays here, and we couldn't have chosen a better place. Comfortable house, a delightful countryside with incredible peace and a breathtaking view. Elena was always present and super helpful in every question or need, and gave our family a moment that we will take for many years.

The house is lovely and has a great view over the surrounding hills. It is well kept and more equipped than a typical Airbnb. There is for example shampoo in the shower and kitchen towels. We liked the privacy and the fact that all windows had mosquito nets. The only thing that maybe could be improved is to have a bit more of an external space, like a veranda or similar. Right now there is a table with two chairs outside, but for us travelling with a child the space for her to move in a safe surrounding was a bit limited. Anyways, we would come here again!

I stayed in this B&B for two days and had a really great time. The property is well-kept, clean and welcoming, with a pleasant environment and equipped with everything you could need. Breakfast was fabulous and prepared with fresh and quality products, a real pleasure to start the day. One of the strengths is definitely the hospitality: the owners are very kind, helpful and always ready to give useful advice on what to visit in the surrounding area. I felt at home from the start. Perfect location in a quiet setting. We will definitely be back, thank you!!
