Welcome to our Annex. Located down a restricted road it is both very safe and quiet. You will find the accommodation tastefully decorated with a comfortable bed, modern shower room and general work/dining area. The living area opens out through patio doors onto our shared garden. Ideally located for all transport links i.e. M3, A3, Main line trains to London and close to Heathrow (25 mins) and Gatwick (45mins). There is a hourly direct bus service to Heathrow (730/731 ) with the stop 200m away.

The Victorian Lodge (1876) is a charming & quintessentially English country cottage on a private estate once owned by King Henry 8th. It sits right beside Windsor Great Park, at the entrance of a long driveway to Little Dower House, where the owners of the Lodge live. The private gardens and stunning view at the Victorian Lodge provide the perfect setting for a small intimate wedding. Whilst the romantic gardens within the Little Dower House estate provide an ideal venue for larger weddings.

Private Annexe in Hartley Wintney

Our modern Annexe is located at the rear of our home, it has its own private access and gated parking to the front. Just on the outskirts of the beautiful village of Hartley Wintney & a 10 minute walk to the centre, there is a Tesco Express, restaurants, takeaways, cafes and 2 local pubs, one situated on the edge of the Cricket Green. Easy access to the M3 & M4 motorway and close to Fleet, Farnborough and Hook. With the village and local walks on your doorstep this is the perfect getaway!

The Brickmaker’s Loft

A newly fitted one bedroom apartment, with living area, full kitchen, large bedroom with king size bed, a full size single bed in the eaves, and an extra single bed if needed. We’ve kitted the Brickmaker’s Loft out with everything you would need. The kitchen has an oven, fridge, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, microwave and all the normal cooking bits, crockery etc. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, loo, and sink, and a washing machine if you need it. The bedroom is a lovely relaxing space.

Redwood Lodge: A hidden retreat

Unwind in your very own log cabin, Redwood Lodge which sits nestled in the shade of a giant redwood tree. The cabin sits in the grounds of our home, Redwood House and will be all yours for your entire stay. The cabin is well located for local attractions including wedding venue - Rivervale Barn, Coral Reef Waterworld, Go-Ape Bracknell, Lapland UK, Legoland, Farnborough and Nirvana Spa. We are also near the Royal Military Academy, Wellington College and the attractions of royal Windsor.

A self-contained cottage situated in a quiet position surrounded by woodland within 4 miles of Guildford town centre and refurbished to a high standard with fully equipped kitchen and a utility room with washing machine, tumble drier and downstairs toilet. There are four bedrooms , one ensuite and family bathroom. Parking for 3 cars. Large garden with patio and seating and large netted trampoline for use at your own risk. This charming Cottage is located in the picturesque Village of Englefield Green. Just four miles from Windsor Castle, three miles from Wentworth Golf Course and six miles from Ascot Race Course. Heathrow Airport if just six miles away. 300 metres further down the lane is The Royal Air Force Memorial and below that, on National Trust grounds that skirts the River Thames is the Magna Carta Memorial. The Royal Holloway University is a ten minute stroll across the Village.

Our apartment has been refurbished and has a clean, fresh interior with all the mod cons. It offers 2 or 3 beds, and a sofa bed sleeping up to 5 people. Please read the reviews. There is a generous living space, divided into a dining/living room, with a sofa bed, in addition to the main sofa. Easy walking distance to town. Camberley railway station gives access to Ascot (2 stops) and onwards to London/Reading Farnborough Main station offers fast service to London

Located close to Camberley town centre and a 5 minute drive to Frimley Park Hospital and local business parks. The house is a recently refurbished Victorian semi detached building. It has a character typical of its period and offers a warm and inviting clean space whilst retaining a homely atmosphere. There are a number of local parks within walking distance and a small high street at the end of the road which has a number of restaurants, takeaways and pubs.
