Immersa nella quiete e nei profumi di una campagna di ulivi, fichi e mandorli, la Residenza SA -porzione di bifamiliare- si trova a pochi minuti da Gallipoli e dalle spiagge, in un'ottima posizione per esplorare il Salento. Ideale in estate grazie alla piscina esterna e all'ampio giardino di 700m2, ma ottimo anche fuori stagione per passare fine settimana godendosi del clima mite pugliese.
