Comfortable cottage 2 hours from Paris, south of Puisaye and 20 minutes from the medieval site of Guédelon, the castle of St Fargeau and its historical shows, the Colette museum in St-Sauveur as well as the vineyards of Pouilly, Sancerre, Ménetou-salon, It is in a hamlet near the village of Perroy, 5 km from Donzy and its shops and 20 km from Cosne-sur-Loire that we have set up this independent cottage, with its private garden in an old farmhouse of the 18th and 19th centuries.

It allows you to unwind away from traffic. The house optimizes space and the stairs are a little steep. Unfortunately it is not suitable for people with disabilities. Manor Flower Cottage

The cottage is located on the property of a 16th century manor, in a wine region close to La Charité sur Loire, Pouilly sur Loire, Sancerre... Equipped with a separate entrance, it has its own garden and adjoining laundry room. Completely restored we have decorated it by chinant and working with local materials. The ground floor includes a living room with kitchenette and shower room. The room is on a mezzanine level. Enjoy the peace and quiet and greenery!

Our beautifully renovated farmhouse set in a quiet rural part of Burgundy, not far from the Sancerre/Pouilly wine country. It has a huge garden and terrace, large swimming pool (May-October), trampoline and swings (and space to make huts and play hide and seek!). Peaceful evenings star-gazing, sitting under the pergola as you barbecue whilst drinking locally wine, after taking leisurely strolls or bike rides around the country lanes is what it is all about!

A charming home in the heart of Burgundy!

The cottage is an old house entirely renovated with taste, highlighting the original materials: beams and exposed stones, stone floor and terracotta. It includes two large rooms on the ground floor: a living room with sofa and armchair and a dining room with an attached kitchen. Upstairs are the two bedrooms, one with a king size bed and a spacious bathroom. The second bedroom has two single beds, it is possible to add a third bed.

Stay in the countryside (18km from Guédelon)

You will have a bedroom with TV, a bathroom with shower, toilet as well as a dining area (kitchenette) with microwave, mini oven, kettle, senseo coffee maker, fridge and freezer. (No stovetop). Also an outdoor area for relaxing and/or dining. Close to Guédelon Castle Ratilly Castle Colette's House Boutissaint Park Lac du Bourdon. Sancerre and Pouilly for our wines in Burgundy. A private space for you to park in.
