Gîte normand classé 4 étoiles, indépendant (200 m²). Terrain verdoyant de 6 500 m² à 3 km d'Offranville, 9 km des plages et 13 km de Dieppe. Randonnées à proximité. Architecture authentique : Bâtisse typique en colombages et torchis. Sa charpente en chêne massif est exceptionnelle et son dallage en pierre a été façonné à la main. Les plus : Grand appentis couvert et équipé, très apprécié. Wi-Fi fibre optique haut débit. Cadre paisible et spacieux, classé 4 étoiles pour 6 personnes.

Melmont House

Large house in the Normandy countryside, very quiet, on the edge of the Seine loops, 20 minutes from Rouen (historic districts) and 45 minutes from the sea (Veules-les-Roses, Dieppe, Etretat). In the middle of the fields, surrounded by animals (sheep, donkeys, chickens). The house consists of a large living room with fireplace, a large dining room (12 people) and an equipped kitchen. Outside, free access to the large garden, terrace (barbecue, garden furniture) and vegetable garden.
