5 minute drive from Riva del Garda and Arco, the apartment located in the quiet Cologna's historic center has been completely renovated and offers a large terrace overlooking the lake. New bathroom and kitchen, internet wifi. Please kindly note, the cleaning fee is now calculated separately in 45€, and together with the city national tax (of 1€ per day per person) will be collected at the check-in. In the coldest months, (October-April) the heating is extra and will be calculated in €8 a day.

We are spending one week in Polina apartment in main goal cycling on road bikes. View from apartment is amazing, both during a day and night. Apartment is really big and it is very nice and comfortable together with view it's best match choice. All things needed to cycling was there. Additional place in garage for bikes with easy access. Possibility to loundry was really important and useful for us. Place is really high, and it's on Komodo/Strava routes, so you can start you routes from there - that's amazing. And of course, climb from Riva Del Garda to Polina place are lovely :) I will recommend for all bicyclists trips :)

From the moment we arrived, we were mesmerized by the beauty of the house and its surroundings. We stood there for nearly half an hour just soaking it all in. The home was spotless, cozy, and filled with charm. And the view… absolutely breathtaking. Our lovely host, Lorenzo, made the experience even more special. She welcomed us with a thoughtful bottle of wine, and surprised us with a delicious jar of local jam when we left — such a kind and personal touch. Every moment of our stay was magical.
