Il Cubetto -Sea Studio: sense of peace and freedom

Our little place, Il Cubetto, inaugurated with the 2020 season, stands in full Tuscan country and is particularly distinctive because of its absolute exclusivity: only two studio apartments within our 7000 sqm of garden planted with many fruit trees, with great attention to any detail. Our guests, a maximum of two per studio apartment, have the use of a salt-water infinity swimming pool overlooking the valley. Depending on the car they drive, they can park next to the cottage or beside the road.

La mia casa si trova a Livorno, nel caratteristico quartiere di Antignano, vicino al centro e a due passi dalle splendide calette del Lungomare, perfette per un tuffo ed un bagno di sole. Base ideale per scoprire i tesori della nostra citta' e delle famose città d'arte toscane. Potrai godere del nostro mare e della cucina a base di pesce fresco . Caffè, tè, tisane, latte e biscotti sono offerti. Il quartiere, tranquillo e pittoresco, è a 10 min di macchina o 20 min in bicicletta dal Centro.

At the end of a very typical Tuscan hills’ dirt road lined with cypress trees, I Sassi di Wally is a nice stone cottage with a turret. Once it was the agricultural annex of an 18th-century farmhouse, which has been now restored. The house, which was internally renovated in July 2022, is detached with a private, fenced garden, a working area, an internal parking and an 'under the stars' hot tub. Animals are welcome. The ideal location for a relaxing break from the daily routine.

Relax in the Tuscan countryside, a stone's throw from the sea

Ideal for a couple, the house is arranged on two levels. On the ground floor, there is a living room and a kitchen complete with accessories with a dishwasher and washing machine. On the first floor, there is a large double bedroom (possibility of adding a bed for children) and a very spacious bathroom. Anyone is and always will be welcome. The cleaning and sanitizing of the apartments are carried out scrupulously by us in order to ensure maximum safety.

Campo al Lupo is the result of the careful renovation of a portion of a Tuscan farmhouse, a peaceful corner in the green hills of Livorno, 1500 meters from the sea between Antignano and Montenero. Our house is a quiet residence, surrounded by a terracotta terrace dedicated to relaxation, furnished with sunbeds and deck chairs and a shared garden, each apartment with its own relaxation area. Casa Dimitri is a 22 square metre mini flat perfect for a single person or a couple. The flat is located in one of the most beautiful areas of Livorno, the San Jacopo district. Its privileged location allows both to enjoy the seafront and the Terrazza Mascagni, which are just a stone's throw away, and to be able to comfortably reach the city centre on foot. And just 200 metres away is the historic Bagni Pancaldi, to enjoy a nice dip in the sea!
