Le Doux Répit in Boucieu le Roi (Ardèche)

Situé en bord de rivière, le gite le doux répit porte bien son nom : c'est un lieu où l'on se ressource en pleine nature, bercé par le bruit de l'eau. Avec sa plage privée, son environnement paisible et sa terrasse verdoyante, ce gite est idéal pour un séjour en couple, en famille ou entre amis. Vous y trouverez tout le confort nécessaire pour un moment de calme et de simplicité, au cœur de l' Ardèche. Ici on oublie le stress, on écoute la rivière… et on profite de ce doux répit tant attendu.

Ancienne grange à 1km du village où il y a boulangerie, boucherie/épicerie, bar/tabac. Le logement propose un séjour/cuisine (cafetière Senseo, bouilloire, grille pain, plaque induction...), un coin salon. 3 chambres : 2 lits (1 en 90 et 1 en 140), 1 lit en 180; et 4 lits (1 en 140 et 3 en 90). Salle d'eau et WC séparés Linge de toilette et draps fournis. Arrivée à partir de 17h, départ 10h. Animaux interdits dans le gîte Non fumeur Recharge voiture électrique interdite (borne a 1km)

LA BÂTIE**** Ideally located on the banks of the Rhône, in the heart of Tain l'Hermitage, this beautiful apartment will seduce you with its charm, tranquility and beautiful terrace! The large living room bathed in light will offer you stunning views of the river... This 100 m2 accommodation consists of 2 large bedrooms equipped with very comfortable 160 cm bedding, and a more intimate bedroom with 140 cm bedding. You will appreciate the proximity to shops, restaurants, wine shops.

The old mill

Ancien moulin à huile devenu maison d’habitation à l’entrée du village. Maison indépendante avec cour fermée, terrasse de 38 m² et jardin abrité de 40 m² avec salon de jardin, chaises longues et douche solaire. Au RDC (clim), cuisine ouverte sur séjour et terrasse, salon et WC. Au 1er étage, 2 chambres avec grand dressing et ventilateurs ainsi qu’une SDB (douche italienne et baignoire 150) + WC. Les combles (clim) rénovées offre un grand espace avec 2 lits simples/ou un 180.
