We love to stay at this place. Beautifully furnished, a little oasis in busy Colombo. Senerath, the caretaker, is utterly amazing. We always feel very at home.

A very "cozy" apartment indeed: it suited our family of 3 adults perfectly. Amazing views & ambience. The apartment is located in a very central part of Colombo with easy access to many eateries, hotels & shopping outlets. There is a supermarket directly opposite the apartment building, which was extremely convenient. The apartment building had excellent security staff, who were so very kind & obliging, a BIG THANK YOU to them for helping us with all our luggage & shopping bags at varied intervals & also helping us safely navigate the many cabbies we travelled with.😀 The owner of the apartment was flexible with check-in & check-out times which was so helpful. He even met us at the apartment when we checked in way early in the morning. Disappointingly the wifi in the apartment was very unreliable. All other appliances including the washing machine & hot water system worked fine though, no problems. A fantastic holiday stay all in all! 🌸

Great location, and more than I expected. We had a great time and the host was really good at checking in on us and making the whole trip smooth. He taught how to turn on the POOL JACUZZI!! It was amazing! The bed sheets and towels were brand new or felt new! The space was spotless. We walked right across to the beach and had some amazing food! Surprise is mentioned the hosts name and you get some great service. Everyone seems to know him! The backyard is really quiet and you can have a lovely drink in the Gazebo overlooking the pool. This was a great find! I would recommend this for single and family visitors! Sri Lanka is amazing and the host is a true island hospitality king! We felt safe in the house and the neighborhood. Great WiFi and fully stocked kitchen! Bathrooms were spotless and great shower pressure. We loved it all and wished we stayed longer.

Anouk and Sunil’s place is in a quiet neighborhood. Both of them are extremely helpful and private and respect your space too. The house is done up beautifully and is safe and secure. We loved the place and will come back again for sure!

Location is perfect and very convenient to all amnesties. Upeksha is responding very quickly and friendly. Very clean home with nice pool. no parking issues. Prefer to go again and there is no hesitation to recommend this place.

We slept soundly each night wrapped in soft, organic cotton blankets and resting on cloud-like pillows, surrounded by tranquility and nature. The home is a perfect blend of modern comfort and vintage charm: an open kitchen that inspires, a magnificent dining table that seats eight in style, cozy tree-lined roads, and a calming private aquarium that adds a serene rhythm to the space. Located near Diyatha Uyana, the new Parliament, and just steps from Keells supermarket, the location is convenient yet incredibly peaceful. The lush greenery around the property feels like a private retreat. Wasana herself is a gracious host attentive, kind, of magic ✨

We stayed at Hemashanthi Latha’s villa for two days, and from the very first moment, we were impressed by the warmth and hospitality of the aunt who took care of us. Initially, we were a bit confused about the location, but she kindly came all the way to the main road to pick us up. She welcomed us with tea and water bottles, which was a thoughtful gesture after our travel. The villa itself was even better than we expected—comfortable, clean, and truly gave us the feeling of being in a cozy, local Sri Lankan home. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this place, especially for couples looking for a peaceful, authentic experience in Sri Lanka.

This house is in an excellent location of Colombo. It’s closely to many good restaurants and cafes. The house is very cosy and can be enjoyed by both families and business people alike. I would highly recommend this place to everyone.

We had to visit our mum in the retirement home around 500m from this beautiful modern house. Thus this location provided flexibility to spend much time with mum during the day. Kumar was efficient in handing over the keys and directing us to find transport, new restaurants etc. It was easy to communicate with Uthpala about our late arrival and find ways to recieve keys. The neighbourhood was quiet in the late hours which allowed us to rest well. The house was clean and spacious. I loved all 3 toilets/bathrooms specially because it was clean and carried all basic aminities. Good wifi allowed us to work remotely. Check out was easy as well and Uthpala provided clear instructions to leave keys. I will book this place again when I visit with my teenage son.

Second time staying here coz it’s the best place in Colombo. Feels like home, fully equipped kitchen. No traffic noise and just peaceful, but still so close to everything 10mins walk away

I can't recommend this Airbnb highly enough! From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The house was incredibly spacious, spotlessly clean, well decorated, and very comfortable. It had a welcoming, tradition feel – exactly what you want when staying in a new city. The location is perfect – central, safe, and close to everything. Whether you're looking to explore Colombo’s cultural sites, enjoy local restaurants, or just relax, this place puts you in the perfect spot. The host was fantastic – super responsive, friendly, and she went above and beyond to ensure I had a great stay. Bonus points for the fast Wi-Fi, great water pressure in the shower, comfy bed, and fully equipped kitchen - it felt like a home away from home. If you're thinking about booking, do it - this place is a rare find and an incredible value. I’ll definitely be coming back the next time I’m in Colombo!

We had a wonderful stay at the Colombo Residence. Ample space, air conditioning in all rooms and common gathering areas, restaurants and grocery options close by, comfortable beds. The highlight for us was the caretaker, Kumara, who lives there with his lovely wife. He was very responsive to our needs, cooked up tasty Sri Lankan breakfasts every morning, and so kind to our children. Would recommend to all.

First of all I have to admit I live in the United States and I was trying to find a place for some family members. I found this place and from the moment I found this place I started communicating with the host . She was very efficient and was helping all the way . She is very kind and very helpful and very friendly and the place was so clean and it was a nice location I highly recommend to this place to anyone specially anyone who is coming from abroad . My family and I spent a few days at this stunning place. The property is larger and more beautiful than the pictures suggest. We were blown away! I was occupied with bird watching in the morning and afternoon. The view is amazing and the garden is beautiful. The place is perfectly located if you are looking for a peaceful place that feels remote in Colombo. You can get Tuks or taxis to get you to Galle Face or other parts of Colombo. If you are looking to stay in Malabe or Battaramulla - this is unbeatable. We enjoyed the proximity to my wife’s family. We wish we found this place earlier and will very happily recommend it to our friends and stay there again in the future. Thank you, Kaushi, for an unforgettable stay!

I had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful property, just a 15-minute drive from both the heart of Colombo and Port City. The location is ideal, with a variety of restaurants within walking distance, offering both convenience and great dining options. The property itself was impeccably clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and inviting atmosphere throughout my stay. What truly stood out was the host’s exceptional hospitality. She was incredibly responsive and attentive, even accommodating requests by coming to the property on a few occasions. Her commitment to ensuring a seamless experience made all the difference. Where to start, absolutely wonderful stay at Dakshitha and Priyanka's beautiful home. The natural light was incredible in every room, the home being bookended by lush green jungley gardens and floor to ceiling windows also a highlight, large spacious rooms with tunnels of light in each, a large open kitchen and dining space. Beautiful rooftop terrace where there is always a breeze and afternoon sunset, with classy touches at every glance. My small family and I had a fantastic stay, felt very secure and private although it is in a busy area with lots of great amenities a small walk away. Keels, Food City, Sri Vahar, Kandy Department Store etc. and only 5 minutes into Havelock Mall. We are sad to leave but couldn't recomend more also our communication with Dakshitha and Priyanka was professional and quick at all times. We will be back soon

Mr. Gamini’s apartment in Cinnamon Gardens is a quiet and easily accessible location, perfect for tuk rides and food deliveries. The apartment is well-maintained, featuring a spacious, comfortable, and clean room with nice furniture and all necessary amenities. Mr. Gamini is an excellent host, always responsive and reachable anytime. The place is stocked with all essentials, including a continuous supply of drinking water and a well-equipped kitchen for cooking. Mr. Gamini and his family are very hospitable, helpful, and supportive always. Gamini is also a great cook, and I particularly enjoyed the delicious soup he provided. Overall, the experience was fantastic, and we highly recommend Mr. Gamini’s place to other guests.
