St Gallen Haus is the best option Quito has to offer if your staying there for a couple weeks or more. The house itself, the people and the location combine to make it an excellent place to stay. I highly recommend it.

Carmen is an excellent host

Nice stay, quiet area very close to Carolina park and mall El giardino. Very friendly sun in everything required. the only thing to improve is the TV that is Smart to connect to Youtube, Disney or Netflix, very useful at night when traveling with kids. Everything else was excellent and I would definitely be back.

This is my new favorite place to stay in Quito. The hotel is so cute!! Everyone there was so helpful and kind. Helping me find a lost phone, making sure I got where I was going safely, even changing my sheets and towels all the time!! Who does that on AirBnb ?? Three blacks away is Cherusker, the best brew-pub in Ecuador. What else do you need?

Everything in order, as described

I was in this property for almost a week for a scheduled surgery in the city of Quito. I am now a digital nomad and needed a place initially to work and then to recover from the first days of the operation in which my children took care of me. I felt at home. The place was just what I needed. It is comfortable, new, clean, and super well located. Thank you for all the attention. I recommend it for anyone looking for a couple of weeks' stay in the best place in Quito.

The location is excellent, close to plenty of restaurants, a big mall and public transportation, yet the place is very tranquil. The host is responsive and helpful. The place is well designed, clean, and the bed is super comfortable. One minor issue was that the place was listed as an apartment, but it´s a studio. Also, the washer costs extra $4 (including drying). The listing needs to be updated for accuracy.

We had a great time at Tanya's apartment! Beyond that, Tania is a nice and good person and she helped us with every request and problem, the apartment and the building were excellent, beautiful, clean and well maintained. Highly recommended!

This apartment was such a lovely stay right near Parque Carolina but off the main road so that it was quiet and peaceful. We especially loved the gym facilities in the building (there is also a spa and sauna available tuesday - sunday) and a rooftop terrace with a great view. We had a very restful two days here and appreciated the equipped kitchen, washing machine, and two TVs! thanks for having us :)

The place is great- good location, strong WiFi connection, spacious place with everything you need, close to the old town. The only issue was the hot water - the shower will run hot and switch to cold, and warm and hot again. It was still ok to take a shower, but not 100% comfortable for people who loved hot showers.

The apartment has a prime location, the area is safe, Lilia is friendly and an excellent host. She is available at check-in and check-out times. I love it, that's why it's the second time I've been there and I would do it again.

This Airbnb in Quito was truly a home away from home. Located in the heart of Old Town, it was perfectly situated for exploring the city’s historic sites, plazas, and churches—all within walking distance. We loved being surrounded by great restaurants and cozy coffee shops, and everyone we met was incredibly friendly. The apartment itself was warm, inviting, and thoughtfully equipped. The kitchen had everything we needed, and we appreciated the collection of DVDs and the radio that made our mornings feel peaceful and homey. What made this stay exceptional, though, was the host. They were always available, quick to respond, and genuinely cared about our experience. Whether we had a question or needed something small, they made sure we felt taken care of. It’s rare to find a place that combines comfort, convenience, and such attentive hospitality. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would return in a heartbeat. Highly recommend this gem in Quito!

This is the second time staying here. Everything is very nice, cozy, excellent distribution of spaces, it has all the amenities and the hosts are super friendly, the space is perfect with a wonderful view of the city, it is very close to the historic center. It is easily accessible, with a bus line nearby. Everything was great. It's a 100% recommended place.
