Haras Quinta Conrado was dedicated for a long time to the breeding of “quarter mile” horses, obtaining the highest distinctions in the Rural del Prado for 10 years. It was the 1st Haras in Uruguay to set up a laboratory for transferring equine embryos and marketing them. It was a pioneer in spreading the reining discipline, organizing two Reining Clinics with Franco Bertolani, who is now triumphing in the USA, and made important genetic contributions in Uruguay with the incorporation of bloodstock.

La cabaña consta de tres dormitorios y dos baños, uno en suite. Posee un deck al frente y, al costado, un jardín propio de 180m2. El deck es un ámbito propicio para ser disfrutado, descansando en las reposeras existentes o en un asado que junta la cercanía de la parrilla, el jardín y la sombra de la galería amplia de tejas permitiendo un agradable estar a los huéspedes. La cocina tiene puerta de salida al deck y se integra con un desayunador al comedor y al living con su tv Smart .

We are 10 kilometers away from Colonia, a 15 minute drive. Taxis to and from El Nido cost approximately 14 dollars and is the way most of our guests get to the houses. No kids allowed.
