Holiday rentals with a patio in Colonia Nápoles

The place was amazing. We especially enjoyed the 360 view on the rooftop, the gym & the pool. We immediately felt dafe when arriving at the Icon Roma. There were always people by the door. Everything was walkable and there were a lot of nice food places nearby!

The stay met all our expectations—the place was clean and well-maintained. Check-in was smooth, and communication with the host was excellent. The only hiccup was finding the property, as the listed address initially led us to a nearby dental office. Once we figured it out, everything went great! Very cozy and modern. I especially liked the big window view.

I loved Cindy’s place! I lived in CDMX for 5 years, so I know the area well. Though the Airbnb is in a prime area for tourists with a lot of activity, it’s a quiet street and community. Elena was extremely helpful in walking me through everything at check-in. Cindy was very responsive and provided all the necessary details without me having to ask. All the basics are provided and the building is very secure with a 24h doorman. Great small cafe across the street that opens early if you happen to be an early riser. All of the restaurants and things to-do in Condesa and Roma are within a 30 min walk or 10 min uber ride. Though it’s a studio, the layout and furniture are well placed and there’s plenty of space for two people (or one with a lot of luggage). I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a conveniently located, spotless but comfy airbnb!

Gustavo's place looks just like the photos! Great space, even better location. This was my first time in CDMX and it was easy to walk from his apartment to many places. I mean heck it is around the corner from Casa Gilardi. Infinite hot water! Can get noisy at night if people are having guests over. Just be warned the bed is very firm and not to my liking. There is also no AC (common in Mexico but I did not know), but apartment is cool at night if you open the windows. Everything else was great. Gustavo was very responsive. Would likely stay again just for the location.

Perfect location! Felt safe and secure in the apartment and walking around the neighborhood. Public transportation is close by. Easy to check in. Great places to eat right around the corner. No complaints.

This has got to be the most beautifully decorated AirBnB we've ever stayed in! A lot of thought went into the details and the artwork selected. It looks like the pictures, but more beautiful. The apartment is peaceful and spacious and was a great retreat after the busyness of CDMX. The neighborhood, Escandón, is just outside the south end of Condesa, and is not as hipster or full of expats as Condesa. We appreciated being in our own area but with easy walking to the restaurants, bars, and shopping of Condesa. Some things that we especially appreciated: a water filter! There was a filter that takes tap water so we had an endless supply of clean water. The terraces! Even though it rained most of the days we were there, we used the terraces in the mornings. The hummingbirds especially like the jacaranda tree and every morning they greeted me while I was drinking excellent Mexican coffee. Another reviewer noted the lack of screens. That is a bummer but ample fans keep the air moving.

Beautiful apartment, super clean, in a great neighborhood! We would absolutely stay here again!

Kyra's place was very beautiful. We had fun exploring the surrounding areas. This location is a very close walk to the mercado and many good restaurants and art markets. There is so much to do around this area that 2 days was not enough. Kyra was very responsive and kind. Thank you Kyra for being very helpful and flexible with our check-in time.

We had a great stay here! Giordana was so helpful and had lots of great recommendations, especially related to architecture and design in the city.

This was one of the best places we’ve stayed. The host has created a very comfortable and welcoming space perfect for anyone needing a place to rest before an early flight or during a layover. It’s extremely close to the airport (5 minutes max by car), so there’s no stress about traffic or delays. He even provided snacks and drinks, which were much appreciated after our long, late flight. Highly recommend!

Beautiful house in general. Had an amazing rooftop that was fun to use and enjoy. Location is worth highlighting, lots to do, walkable, peaceful, access to so many things. Highly recommend

This place is truly full of charm. It’s hard to find spots that are both minimally filled but still rich with character and this is it. I stayed for a month and the pillows and bed were wonderfully comfortable and the shower gets lovely and hot! Located across a wonderful coffee shop and close to Parque Mexico it really is a wonderful location. If I can, I’ll be back!

We stayed here for 6 days. The host was wonderfully responsive, whether it was for questions before our trip, or to investigate a noise from the store below. Very close to the Sevilla station and walking everywhere. It was off of a main road, so it was a little noisy, but it didn’t really affect us. I do wish there were more pillows for the bed, and we did have to run out and grab some soap for the shower (shampoo and conditioner were provided, which was great) but that was not a big deal. We LOVED the air conditioning, which is super rare for Mexico City. A wonderful location and host, we highly recommend staying here!

Such an amazing stay! Fantastic location, Judit was very responsive and allowed us to check in an hour earlier. She knew we needed lockers for checkout and was extremely proactive and letting us know. The place was near all the restaurants and bars we wanted to checkout and in a safe neighborhood. Space was just like photos and very clean!

El departamento superó mis expectativas, super bien equipado. Si bien el edificio no es tan lindo ni nuevo, como remodelaron el departamento parece otro lugar. El balcon si bien da al pulmon de la manzana, tiene vista bastante abierta y da el sol. Ademas hay una mesita con enchufe y pude trabajar desde ahi. El equipamiento de cocina es super completo: cafetera de filtro, prensa francesa, ollas, sartenes, tostadora, microondas... de todo. Y ademas algo que suma mucho es que tiene filtro de agua potable. Tiene dos baños, tambien super equipados y lavadora y secadora. Es muy tranquilo ya que no da a la calle, por lo cual se puede descansar muy bien. El trato y la atención de Ren fue impecable. Necesite instrucciones con la cafetera y contesto de inmediato, super atento a todo. La zona en si es la zona rosa, no es lo mas top de CDMX pero esta cerca de todo y se puede andar tranquilo. Definitivamente super conforme y lo volvería a elegir! Muchas gracias!

We really enjoyed our stay. The location is perfect—close to many great coffee shops and restaurants. Easy access to Roma. I was working remote, the WiFi was perfect. And the plants on the balcony made for a great background. The area is beautiful. Completely safe neighborhood made for some lovely late night walks. Only issue I had was mosquitos were getting inside. We found a hole in a screen on one window where they were getting in. Art personally came and fixed the screen himself. And presto, no more mosquitos! Overall, it was a great stay.

Excelente airbnb como descrito en las fotos en el corazón de Polanco! Excelente localización para dirigirse a los principales puntos de interés ya sea caminando, en bici, en Uber. El apartamento impecable con justo lo necesario en un apartamento con seguridad privada las 24 horas lo que nos hizo sentir muy seguros Gaby siempre fue una host súper amable y nos ayudó en lo que ocupamos y siempre estuvo atenta, definitivamente lo recomiendo y volvería !

We loved the area - it is beautiful and walkable. We really loved the apartment and were struck by the care of our hosts. We had a wonderful stay for a girls trip! Andrea and her team were so helpful with check in and recommendations, the space is beautiful and so enjoyable to be in. Bedrooms were comfortable and spacious.
