This is an excellent property close to Zion National Park. We would certainly stay here again.

We were looking for a quiet, peaceful getaway and this was perfect! The house is very clean with comfortable furniture. The pool is nice and private and we had a great time!

The house was spacious and beautiful. Everything was very clean and organized when we arrived. The area is quiet and peaceful. We felt safe and comfortable in and my child enjoyed having the community pool so close. Paul was friendly and informative. We really enjoyed our stay!

Timber and Tin is a great choice to stay at in Kanab. The cabin we stayed in (B) was very nice. Clean, open, comfortable and airy with lots of windows to take in the beautiful views of the surrounding mountains. Not to mention the rooftop deck that also provides incredible views and is great for stargazing at night. The grounds are beautiful too - well maintained with lots of beautiful plants. Also has a great pool for relaxing in when you're having some downtime from exploring nearby Zion and Bryce. Will definitely recommend to anyone planning on visiting Bryce & Zion and looking for a nice place to stay that isn't a hotel.

Justin was amazing and so was his place. His bnb looked stunning in pictures but better in person. We loved how he had a cabinet filled of unused items left from previous guest (it comes in handy). He was very quick at responding when we had any questions & was more than willing to help.

Great stay. Perfect place for our girls trip. Very conveniently located to shopping, dining, and all the places we explored. Also very comfortable for the times we hung out at the house. Beautiful house, though a couple of practical things missing. Would definitely stay here again.

Symantha’s property is stylish, comfortable, and immaculately maintained. The neighborhood is equally upscale—quiet, safe, and close to everything. It was the perfect base for exploring Kanab and the surrounding area, and we thoroughly enjoyed our week-long stay.

We really enjoyed our stay at Apple Hollow! The tiny home was perfect for our stay. It was a clean and comfortable place for us to return to every evening after a day of exploring National Parks! Quiet and restful. Skyler and Nicole were great hosts and very responsive. We were particularly glad to have a washer and dryer available in the home. That was key!

I had a wonderful stay at Angie’s place in Kanab! The location couldn’t have been more convenient — just minutes from stores, gas stations, and tons of hiking options in and around Zion. It’s also a perfect central spot if you’re planning to explore Page, AZ, or other nearby parks. The home was spotless — which I really appreciated, as cleanliness is a top priority for me. Angie has truly thought of everything: from extra linens and a fully stocked kitchen to a hiking cooler and even a fire pit for relaxing evenings. Her instructions were super clear and easy to follow, and the welcome binder was a great touch with thoughtful local recommendations. I would absolutely recommend staying here and would definitely book again for future trips to the area!

We loved staying here. The house was super clean and had everything you should need for cooking including a gas BBQ grill. The AC blew super cold air. The living room and kitchen had a very open floor plan which is great for family time. When we first pulled on to the street we weren’t sure about the location or the surroundings but it was great. It was super quiet and located 1/4 mile from a brand new dollar General. The view from the back of the house was great for Sunsets over a small mountain face. We never saw another person our entire stay. Very very pleased with our stay at this property

Great Location ! Close to Zion and Shops, Restaurants and Grocery Stores! Great backyard with projector to watch movies as you unwind after a day of hiking ! Fully stocked kitchen ! Plenty of towels! Everything super clean and modern. We really enjoyed our time there! Thank you for hosting us!

Beautiful home in a gorgeous city. The house was actually even better than the photos. Large wide & deep driveway made parking trailers easy. Located so close to off-road trails that we were able to drive to them without trailering. Garage parking access was a huge bonus. Organized and spacious home. Mini golf in the backyard was a fun touch. Large comfy couches in the main living room with extra seating at the island & table. Everyone commented on the comfortable beds, and great shower pressure. I noticed a pack and play in the laundry room although we had brought our own I felt that was a nice feature. Separate ac unit for upstairs was very nice for those staying up there. The area was quiet but friendly and felt safe. The hosts made check in easy with simple instructions and parking information. The home was very clean and inviting. Check out was very simple and a guestbook was fun to leave a note for hosts. Overall highly recommend this home and this area.

We had a great 2 day stay. For us it was a jump off for Bryce, Zion, and North Rim visits. All within 1.5 hours. The house was perfect for us. Clean and modern interior with a nice balcony. Jimmy was responsive and down to earth friendly. Located in a rural suburban town, very quite and peaceful. Thanks again! Highly recommended!

Great host and great place! Perfect for our trip to Zion and close to St George. Very clean and had everything we needed. An EV charger in the garage was a nice surprise. The host went out of their way to help us when we were missing something which was very much appreciated. Would stay again!

Edna's place is the most complete AirBNB we've ever had. My family loved every detail of the home and every thoughtful touch of it. The view of the mountain is beautiful, and the horses are nice. The communication with Edna was great. She was very responsive and helpful. I hope to be back with my friends soon. Thank you for having us.

Ebbi is a great host! Her place was very comfortable to stay in. She prepared a lot of kitchenwares for us to cook, making the experience feels like home. She even helped us to find our lost item left at the house! I would definitely recommend her place.

The house was perfect for 4 grown children and their better halves plus two babies. my parents were older and were able to move about without trouble. The kitchen was massive and perfect for everyone to do their cooking night for the rest of us. Yes, we were constantly cleaning up and trying to keep things nice, but with such a beautiful place; it was worth it. There is no reason for anyone to ever feel bored. Pool, adult size trampoline, pickleball, mini golf, trails to walk! Mindy had that hot tub warmed up for us no matter what time we asked! We even experienced a crazy Dirt Devil that swooped through ...eventful. Overall, best ost we have ever had and a beautiful place that is great for big families that are if mixed ages. Extremely nice place to stay for winter and summer. Seemed like a new construction. Very close to Zion and a 2 hour trip for Bryce Canyon or Vegas

The way the house was decorated was lovely, and they were extremely patient and generous with everything I asked for, even providing a tub for us to wash the dogs after a hike. They have thoughtfully prepared a binder filled with activities, ensuring there’s never a dull moment. The designated space for dogs was perfect, and the house was impeccably clean. Plus, if you happen to forget anything, rest assured they've anticipated your needs, with a 99% chance that you'll find whatever you need already available. We will definitely be going back, not just for the surrounding areas, but because their house is beautiful and they feel more like friends than just hosts. Overall, a fantastic stay!
