Where to start? I truly can't say enough good things about this property. It exceeded expectations in every way. From start to finish, our time here was a delight. Amanda was responsive, helpful, and accommodating. The location is remote, and a bit of adventure to get to, but Amanda had communicated that and we were prepared with the proper rental car that made it a breeze. The house is beautifully appointed, has every amenity, and lots of perfect spaces for both quiet moments and areas to gather with your group. The outdoor spaces and pool area are lovely, beautifully landscaped, and the views are spectacular. Book this place; you won't be sorry.

We had the absolute pleasure of spending three unforgettable days at Paolo and Monica’s 800-year-old farmhouse — and it was hands down the best Airbnb experience we’ve ever had. The home itself is stunning: full of history, character, and comfort, with every amenity thoughtfully provided. Each morning, Paolo and Monica prepared a beautiful, fresh breakfast spread complete with homemade cakes and warm, delicious options that started our days off with so much care and joy. The hospitality was truly beyond compare — Paolo and Monica are salt-of-the-earth people with hearts of gold. One of the highlights of our stay was visiting with the many animals they lovingly care for. From eagles and owls to donkeys, horses, peacocks, ducks, and sheep — it felt like something out of a storybook. Monica’s passion for rescuing and training animals is inspiring, and added such a special, personal touch to the experience. Thier home is filled with beauty, warmth, and heart. We had a wonderful holiday and are very grateful to Flavia for being responsive and accommodating. And massive thanks to Giuseppe who helped us so much throughout the week, from greeting us on arrival and providing advice and suggestions, and saying farewell when we left. The house was beautifully presented with great attention to detail: comfortable, equipped with what we needed, tidy and clean. The gardens were gorgeous, lots of flowers when we visited in late May, and the trees around the perimeter create a sense of seclusion and tranquility, and yet you can see Trevi up on the hill and are in a great location for getting to shops, train station, roads etc. I've never seen so many different species of bird in one garden, it was wonderful! I would be delighted to have the chance to go back and would happily recommend this lovely house to my friends and family. We really felt able to relax and didn't want to leave! Grazie mille, again.

Adele and Patrik are a great team. Adele met us in the square, as we had a rental car, and then helped us with our bags to the home. It’s a decent walk—we had two kids and grandmas with us—and thankfully, everyone was able to manage the steep walkways. The views from this home are the best we’ve ever seen. You’re just a 3–5 minute walk, depending on your pace, from a small grocery shop, restaurants, a church, the underground tour, and more. It was the perfect location for the wedding we attended. The shuttle runs every 15 minutes, so a rental car isn’t really necessary unless you’re traveling after hours. Adele was available 24/7 to answer questions and was very accommodating. Our entire family had an amazing time. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well equipped. Thank you for everything!

We stayed at Paola's while we attended a wedding at the Castillo di Montignano. It was the perfect, quiet, retreat for us and our kids. The pool is amazing and is exactly what it looks like in the photos. The walk to the Castillo is uphill, but doable, maybe not in heels. The walk back down to the villa was easy and peaceful. Paola was an exceptional host that had the place ready for us and showed us around. She even sent someone to clean the pool so that it would always be pristine for us!

La casa corrisponde esattamente alle foto e alla descrizione, pulizia impeccabile sia degli spazi interni che degli spazi esterni, tutti i mobili e gli utensili nuovissimi. Inoltre vi è tutto il necessario. Debora è gentilissima, premurosa, ci ha riservato un’ottima accoglienza e ha prontamente risposto ad ogni comunicazione. La posizione è comoda per raggiungere varie località umbre in poco tempo, la casa è ubicata in un borgo molto tranquillo nel quale ad agosto organizzano simpatiche feste di paese. Ulteriore elemento di comfort è l’aria condizionata in tutte le stanze, anche se fortunatamente si sta bene anche senza perché c’è un’aria fresca e piacevole, soprattutto dopo il tramonto. Tutto perfetto, niente da eccepire.

Paola und William haben uns herzlich willkommen geheißen und alles so liebevoll vorbereitet, so wie man es für gute Freunde tun würde! Danke, dass ihr den Pool eine Woche früher geöffnet habt, wir haben das sehr genossen und waren täglich schwimmen! Welch ein Luxus, so einen großen Pool ganz für sich zu haben! Haus und Pool sind eingebettet in perfekt gepflegte Grünanlagen mit Olivenbäumen, Rosmarin, Lavendel und vielem mehr. So viele schöne Ausflüge die man machen kann, aber des Schönste war es abends auf der Terrasse zu essen, über das weite Tal hinweg zu schauen und den Sonnenuntergang zu genießen. Ein Traum! Danke, dass wir den Traum bei euch leben durften!
