It is spacious, tastefully furnished, and conveniently located within 1 mile of downtown Potsdam. Our guests can also enjoy the scenic Raquette River, with kayaks available for use. For those seeking extra indulgence, the apartment also features a private hot tub and courtyard. There is a shared igloo, putting green, pickleball court, and beach area.

Sleep up in the trees in our cozy Magical Treehouse. This place is the perfect base camp for your next adventure, or a unique spot to curl up with a good book. The perfect place to be in the woods, but not isolated. Cook your meals in the nearby cookhouse (40’ away, unheated) on a camp stove or over an open campfire. A heated bathroom/shower is 20’ away. Enjoy our country getaway on 130 acres, just minutes from Clarkson University, SUNY Potsdam, St. Lawrence University and SUNY Canton. Explore our horse barn, hiking trails, stream, or relax by the pond. We are located close to great snowmobiling and skiing trails also! The studio apartment is located above a newly constructed garage, that is not attached to our house so you have plenty of privacy. It is an open layout with a queen bed, a daybed, and a twin trundle that can be pulled out.

Enjoy our 160 acres in a private natural setting. Owls, trout, heron, osprey, mergansers and the occasional loon will add to your stay. There are over 4 miles of private trails for hiking along the river and in the woods. Kayaks & fishing poles provided. Bayview at Pine Point is located approximately 15 miles to the local four universities in Potsdam and Canton (Clarkson, St. Lawrence, SUNY Potsdam, SUNY Canton), which makes it a great place for visiting families to spend time together! Not to mention all the great outdoor activities offered locally, such as hiking, kayaking, cross country skiing, leaf peeping, etc! The Cottage at Pine Point is located directly next door and can also be rented at the same time for additional space!

There is a large back yard with a firepit facing the water as well as a back porch/deck and a large side/front deck to enjoy watching the water and wildlife. The area is quiet and peaceful but yet directly located in the town of Potsdam. There are window AC units in each bedroom as well as central heat.
