Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Columbia County

We found it the home to be very nice in appearance. Bronnie was very proactive in contacting us. The place was clean and well stocked, more so than any other airbnb's we have stayed at in the past. We have been to Augusta before but never the Evans area. This home is located in the best area of greater Augusta. Unfortunately our son will be leaving Augusta and we will not be going back. We wish there were more Bronnie's out there.

I needed a place last minute for a one-night stay, and Brandon was incredibly responsive (even after 10pm) which made the booking process smooth and stress-free. I was also able to check in early (for a fee), which really helped with my schedule. The space itself was nicely set up and had what I needed for the short stay. I appreciated the flexibility and communication throughout!

Home was extremely clean and stocked with essentials. Very cozy. The Best thing of all was the house was all one floor. We took our older parents and didn't have to worry about stair. This was our second time staying at this home. Great host family. Thank you for everything

We are so thankful to have found your home...it is the absolute best we have ever stayed in. All of the thoughtful touches have made us so impressed and at home. There is literally everything here to make a wonderful stay. I own a residential cleaning business and always have to go in and clean anywhere we stay (there is never a superb level of cleanliness)...your home is now the exception. I wish you owned properties every where we want to travel. Thank you for being the BEST, KINDEST, and MOST THOUGHTFUL HOSTS we have ever booked with! Now that we know about Hidden Gem & Hidden Gem II it will be our home away from home when we come to visit our family in Augusta! For anyone booking: any thing you may have forgotten toiletry wise this home has you covered. Also, there were healthy snacks, the best chocolates, & cold drinks were supplied in the fridge. This was especially great since we arrived late..we didn't need to worry about anything to make it through the night and next morning.

The home is exactly what we needed. We were completely comfortable there. We slept well and really enjoyed the downtime there. When we return to the area, we certainly hope the home is available, because it is a keeper. Thanks to Chris and Amber for such a lovely and relaxing place to stay!

Carlos' place was very peaceful and very easy to locate. When I needed to change the time for check in, he was very accommodating, which was very helpful for me! Great place to stay and very clean!

had no trouble getting in touch if I needed anything and the place was peaceful and accessible to great dining. it was clean when I arrived and Allison worked with me on check in there are plenty of utensils for cooking and the bed was comfy

Michelle’s in-home, but completely separate accommodations were fantastic! From the fragrant jasmine tree at the entrance to the outdoor seating area, the lovely water view with swans swimming, to the tasteful and comfortable furnishings inside, we were delighted with our stay! The apartment has all of the essential elements, and those that other hosts often forget (full length mirror, plenty of outlets, toiletries such as toothpaste and toothbrush , etc), which really shows how considerate Michelle and Robert are. The manual was easy to follow and up to date and we greatly appreciated the ability to control the temperature in the apartment. We would happily stay in this peaceful and comfortable apartment again! Michelle was also very easy to communicate with and was very responsive. Highly recommend!

Newer nice facility with many eating and grocery options within walking distance . Pool was very nice and whole property was clean and well kept. Grills are available for use by pool area. Unit has basic spices available. Lots of closet space to keep your belongings from cluttering main areas. Washer and dryer worked well. Very much enjoyed our family time here. No cards or games so if you like that sort of thing, bring your own. Dollar General quick walk from unit. :)

Shelley‘s place was great. she was extra responsive and fixed any issues or problems we had immediately. I love the fact that the entrance was gated, and the fireplace was amazing under the gazebo. Everyone was quiet and respectful. There are about six units inside of this gated area. Please pay attention to the size of the bed! There is a twin bed in the room and the couch turns into another. So if you are coming as a couple, be ready to cuddle lol When arriving, please slow down and pay attention to where you need to turn into it’s very easy to pass and then you’ll have to go all the way around the block to get back. I have no complaints about this home. I plan to revisit yearly now because I got engaged here :-).. thank you, Shelley for everything you’ve done and goodbye for now..

We booked this stay for a doctor who comes to town to work at our clinic, he absolutely loved it and requested we book this place every time he comes up if it is available! I have heard great things about his stay, and the owners are great at communication if I message them with a question!

Almost everything in the rental is brand new. Very clean and well appointed. Judy was very friendly and helpful when we needed to check in a few hours early. We would stay there again.

We had an excellent stay at this charming 100-year-old cottage! The home is full of character and history, yet had all the modern comforts we needed. The location was perfect, close to everything, but still peaceful and relaxing. Our host was incredibly friendly and welcoming, going above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Super accommodating and responsive throughout our stay. Our stay was really nice! Getting in was a bit confusing at first since the door is operated through an app, but once we figured it out, everything went smoothly. The place was clean and cozy, and they had snacks, coffee, and tea available, which was a really thoughtful touch. There were also plenty of dishes and kitchen supplies. A big bonus — they were kind enough to let us check out later, which we really appreciated. Would definitely stay again!

Ahmad's place was beautiful just like the pictures listed!! My parents, son and I just wanted a little quick, relaxing & peaceful getaway that felt like home! And we was not disapponted! Quite location, close to the interstate and within 20 mins of all our destinations we visited. Ahmad was very responsive to all my minor questions! Would certainly recommend for future stay while in Augusta!
