Barn Stay at Shadowbrook Farm

Welcome to the Shadowbrook Farm Stay. Tucked in the hills of upstate New York, this 1700's Shaker barn has been restored into a beautiful guest house. It sits upon a two hundred acre working pasture raised meat farm. This barn was used to hold, and milk cows for two hundred and fifty years. Guests will have access to portions of the farm lands which are highlighted on the maps provided in the Farm Stay manual. If you follow the farm road, you are able to meet every farm animal on the property!

The Gatehouse at Raspberry Ridge

Quiet, private house for a country get-away. Renovated 2 bedroom, 1 bath home can sleep up to 2 couples. Gated and fenced yard offers privacy and security for children or dogs. Enjoy a spacious deck and sunken fire pit for outdoor dining or lounging. Bedrooms and living space upstairs are bright, airy with cozy wood stove for cool evenings. Kitchen is well-stocked; has a dishwasher. Laundry facilities downstairs; entertainment room with large screen TV and pull out couch. WiFi available.

Welcome to our little slice of heaven upstate. Located just a 5-minute drive to the MA border, a stay at our home in Canaan, NY means access to the best of both Columbia County and the Berkshires. In the summer, enjoy the private Adams Point Beach on Queechy Lake and easy access to Tanglewood. In the winter, explore 4 different local ski resorts and curl up by the cozy wood stove. In between, enjoy the peaceful pond views and secluded location on a dirt road. We can't wait to welcome you!

Blacksmith House - Charming Historic Getaway

Built in 1790 as a blacksmith shop named “The Town Ax," Blacksmith House was rebuilt in the early 1990's and renovated by the present owners in 2017. The roughhewn beams of the original structure are exposed in every room. Approached by a grand stone staircase, set in a lilac-lined hamlet with plantings, surrounded by wildflowers, furnished with antiques and primitive Americana, Blacksmith House radiates tranquility and graciousness with its full-width front porch and classic proportions.

Private Hudson Valley Loft on 200 Acre Horse Farm

Escape to Germantown, explore the farm’s 200-acres and visit the horses. they love carrots and visitors! Bright and airy open floor plan loft in Germantown, NY. Once an apple storage barn, this recently remodeled loft features two bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom, beautiful original pine floors, gas fireplace, central air, cook’s kitchen, and a large outdoor deck overlooking open fields and a pond. We are dog friendly up to 2 dogs. There is a $50.00 fee per dog. NO CATS.

Escape from the city and enjoy slowing down in upstate New York in this bright and spacious historic home! Just a short walk to the historic Town of Athens and the Hudson River where you can sit by the water, enjoy a picnic, or kayak/canoe. This home is made for cozy unwinding and is stocked with everything you need to cook a wonderful meal (cast irons, French cookware, baking supplies, spices and oils). 1 king bed with view of the river, 1 queen bed + a full air mattress available.

Our beautiful 1880 farmhouse will make you feel right at home with her authentic charm and calming atmosphere. This is a working farm where you can enjoy the sights and sounds of cattle grazing. During colder months enjoy the area's best ski resorts, most within 35 miles of the farm.

Catskill Village House - Mountain View Studio

Our largest option, the Mountain View Suite incorporates high ceilings, and mountaintop views from a raised dining area to provide a large and light oasis. Located on the second floor, the suite features custom antique accents and original artwork that evoke a sense of adventure. The room includes a large bath with clawfoot tub and shower, kitchenette, and sleeper sofa. Custom queen mattress (featured at the Four Seasons NYC), organic cotton sheets.

With high ceilings, tons of oversized windows, and an open layout, this house feels both airy & bright.
