2-bedroom apartment has a queen bed in one bedroom, 2 single beds in the second bedroom, & a sofa bed. Walking distance to Tioga River and antique dealers. Nearby - Mansfield University, Wellsboro, PA (home of the Laurel Festival and the Dickens Festival), the PA Grand Canyon, and great hiking, camping, and hunting areas. Please note - 2nd floor - exterior stairs to reach apartment above our detached garage. Our house is next to the garage, but the apartment is totally separate from the house.

The cabin is located in an area only accessible via dirt roads. It is about 1 mile to the northern boundary of the Tioga State Park; where exploring is wide open and snowmobiling is permitted in winter. If you want a quiet escape this is the place for you! No worries, we have hot showers and generator provided electric for evening lights and recharging devices. Open seasonally from May - Oct. Swim off the dock in the private pond, or paddle the kayak or canoe. Ten miles from Corning's Gaffer District & 25 miles to the world famous Watkins Glen State Park.
