Gran's Place

This newly renovated 4th generation family farmhouse sitting on 13 acres is centrally located in Russell Springs, just minutes from Lake Cumberland. We are just off the Cumberland Parkway (a short and easy drive to both Columbia and Somerset), close to Russell County Hospital, and within a mile to most fast-food chains, restaurants, gas, and grocery. Our goal is to make your stay as enjoyable as possible while visiting the Lake Cumberland area. We do ask that there be no smoking in the home.

Quiet, peaceful, country setting. There are country roads for walking and bike riding. For the boaters and fishermen, we are just minutes away from Arnold’s landing boat ramp and also Holmes Bend marina on beautiful Green River lake. For the hunting enthusiast, there are 20,000 plus acres of public land available for spring and fall hunting, with an abundance of turkey and deer. Close to Campbellsville University and Lindsey Wilson in Columbia. Lake Cumberland is also a short drive away.

Enjoy the sounds of nature, and amazing views with your morning coffee on the deck. Deck overlooks a vast rural setting that is part of the Green River Valley. Second story one room cabin with open vaulted ceilings ( must be able to climb stairs to access). Sleeping for 4 and possible 5th with couch. Full kitchen with bar, ¾ bathroom. Large deck for enjoying the countryside views and show stopping sunsets. Pets welcome with fee. Close to town and amenities. I mile from river access.

The Lake House/Cabin is a hidden gem (Sleeps 4)

This peaceful Lakehouse cabin sits on a private lake in a beautifully secluded setting, perfect for couples, or anyone looking to unwind in nature. Though tucked away, it’s still just a short drive from local restaurants and shopping. Guests love the walking trail that circles the lake, the lower-level firepit right by the water, and the chance to enjoy catch-and-release fishing. Wildlife is abundant here, adding to the sense of escape at this hidden getaway in south-central Kentucky.

Cozy House w/ Sunroom! Sleeps 11 *NO CLEANING FEE*

Incredibly cozy house for your stay! House has three bedrooms, all outfitted with new queen beds! Also included are two roll-away twin memory foam sleepers if needed, along with three sofas that flip down into futons. Great vibe and comfort! Property has a sunroom with a beautiful view. In the sunroom is a spacious table for dinner with a view if you'd like to eat outside. The living room has a 51" tv and wifi. If you have any streaming services you can log in and use them as well!

This cabin has 2 Bedrooms and a Bath on the main level including 1 King Bed and 1 Queen Bed. There is 1 Bedroom and a Bath upstairs with 2 Queen Beds. This property is within half a mile from a boat dock to Green River Lake. The nearest store is located only 3.1 miles on New Columbia Hwy.

We are located within 2 miles of Lindsey Wilson University, between Green River Lake and Lake Cumberland and within one mile of the Cumberland Pkwy. It’s the perfect place for a family getaway or for any one who needs to unwind and relax , with breath taking views. Featuring two master bed and baths, kitchen, dining, and living and a full basement with another bedroom, bathroom, a desk to work from and a TV area with a fold down couch for another bed.

New chalet only 5 minutes to city of Somerset and 5 minutes to Lake Cumberland! Cozy 1 king size bedroom with custom features throughout. Walk out on your master suite deck and have coffee with nature! Full size bathroom w custom tile. Back deck that overlooks woods and wildlife. Sometimes there is a neighbor who has a dog that barks a couple housss down, I’m sorry if it does, doesn’t happen often
