Great location when visiting University of South Carolina. Within walking distance of all the 5 Points businesses as well as campus.

The apartment was very well located and had easy parking. Although it was close to many restaurants and a brewery, it did not feel noisy or unsafe. The bathroom is small but functional. Would definitely recommend!

Kim is an amazing host. Communication is excellent and she goes out of her way to make sure your stay is perfect. Her condo is beautiful! We love the old building and pool and the surrounding neighborhood is beautiful.

I felt right at home here for my extended stay. I had absolutely everything I needed and more. The back yard was perfect for my pups and Robin was so easy to reach. Highly recommended!

Great little historic property with modern amenities.

It was such a pleasant stay. The place is quiet and peaceful. There’s a little lake around the neighborhood that is nice to walk around and enjoy the nature. The host is super nice and is very responsive on any possible problems. Everything was clean and tidy. All necessary supplies and amenities are provided with extras. Definitely recommend for anyone that want to travel for short term or for long term stay. It is absolutely worth it. Would come again myself if I ever want to enjoy all the awesomeness!

This condo was clean, modern, and beautifully designed, everything felt cozy and upscale. The location was unbeatable, just steps from campus with convenient parking. We had a wonderful stay at Brittany's place. We were in town for a 3 day swim meet and the condo provided a perfect place for our daughter to get adequate rest between sessions. It was quiet and comfortable and very close to the natatorium, which is a definite plus. Brittany is a friendly, proactive, and responsive host. We would defintely stay in her place again.

Great Condo near William Brice Stadium. Easy to get to and secure parking. Had everything I needed for my stay for my son's commencement.

Jeff and Elizabeth are great hosts! They made us feel incredibly welcome from the moment we walked through the door. They made fresh bread and had it waiting for us, along with an invite to a community event. Elizabeth and Jeff are lovely people and made us feel right at home. My teenage son told me to definitely book with them again next time I’m in town.
