The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms were well-stocked. In addition the back deck and hot tub were very nice and clean. The only negative was that the neighborhood was loud in the evenings until late.

Nice spot on campus with tons of space. Big backyard for fun and activities for the kids while you grill or sit by the fire pit. Very peaceful and quiet. Would definitely recommend to friends and family! 5 star stay!

Our second time to Carolyn’s place, a week long stay both times. Couldn’t be more pleased with the house. We loved the large home and beautifully maintained backyard. Easy, comfortable stay and we will be back!

Wonderful place! Felt like home away from home. Our kids asked if we could move in permanently. We told them we would at least come back! :) Any questions or concerns were promptly addressed. Responses were kind and compassionate when conversing about reason for stay(family member with serious health issues) even offering to extend our stay if needed. The house was clean and had plenty of character. We especially appreciated the upgraded kitchen and bathrooms, the oversized “movie watching couch” as the kids called it, the artwork, and the cupboard under the stairs. **While it is kid friendly, we would choose to stay here with a group of friends as well. The neighborhood was full of life but not so much that it felt crowded or busy. There is the nicest little grocery store within walking distance with many clean and vegan options which we really appreciate as we have many dietary restrictions. Would definitely recommend. Plan to return.

If you are coming to Columbus with family and friends, this is the place to stay. Our group of 10 had more than enough space for our trip to enjoy COSI, the zoo and waterpark. House was just as described w plenty of sleeping space and bathrooms, a great kitchen for meals, family time in both main floor and open basement, plus a great fenced in backyard. Neighborhood is perfect for walking to restaurants, DORA, ice cream, plus a playground and fun common green space. And grocery and other shopping is super convenient. The added outdoor games, balls, etc were a bonus. And the house is set up from plenty of fun for kids with games, toys, high chair, and toddler fun. For lake people, a large beach and marina are a short 10 minute drive -- we should have added another day to enjoy this nearby fun. Hosts were super helpful with quick responses. Choose their home, it won't disappoint for Columbus fun.

The entire experience was excellent. Naireh is attentive and friendly. From the moment you walk through the front doors you feel at home. The place was spotless! Really comfortable and great location. I highly recommend and would defintely stay there again.

My team and I stayed here for a work training all week and I have nothing but positive things to say. The house was extremely nice and updated. Plenty of room for all 5 of us. Great communication between the host and I. Don’t hesitate to book this place if it’s available.

This was a very nice and clean house to stay in. Me and my family came for funeral and the house was ideal to accommodate large group. The hosts were very responsive.

My family and I had an amazing time staying at this property. We brought our dogs along with us and they enjoyed chasing squirrels and birds in the fenced in back yard. There wasn't too much traffic, so walking the dogs was a breeze. The bedrooms are spacious and it was definitely worth the stay!

Words can’t describe how unique and beautiful this home is - to start. Everything was so clean and cozy! We wish we had more time to enjoy the hot tub, fire pit, and gardens outside. Everyone had plenty of space in our large group. We really appreciated the extra third floor “kids space!” There are a lot of stairs but well worth the extra steps for all of the space and comfort :) Some restaurants were within walking distance and we were a short drive to church and OSU campus. Thank you for the welcoming touches and the opportunity to stay!

It was a large space for a low price. I see some other reviews criticizing the neighborhood, but we had no problems. It seems to be a new space. Amenities are sparse. But it’s clean, comfortable, and spacious.

Great location and beautiful house! Our group had a wonderful time and Erich was super responsive and attentive. We would love to stay here or another one of their properties!

Filmon was very responsive and transparent. The house was everything we needed for the large group and more. Very satisfied and will always consider when in the area with a large group!

Nice clean house that is quite spacious for a family or large group. The three and a half bathrooms are especially generous. My only mark, which is not a critique of the house or owner, is that the street is quite clogged with cars from the neighbors. Apparently they don’t know what the driveways and garages are intended for. Regardless, parking in the driveway here is a bonus. Overall the neighborhood is nice. Plenty of shopping, dining and grocery nearby. If you aren’t from the area, the drivers are horrendous; typical city pretense and aggression so nothing unusual. I will gladly stay here again.

This place was exactly what we needed. The interior was in excellent condition, beautifully decorated, clean, and everything felt new and fully functional. It provided a peaceful and restful atmosphere. The kitchen, bathrooms, and bedrooms were all well-stocked with the essentials, which made our stay even more comfortable. The two-car garage in the back was a convenient bonus. As the house is older, the staircase to the bedrooms is steeper than normal, which could be challenging for those with mobility concerns. That said, if you're looking for a spacious and well-maintained home near downtown Columbus, I highly recommend this one!
