Rustic hill country feel. Private location only a 15 minute drive from New Braunfels or North San Antonio.

Had a great time with the family here and really enjoyed the wild life. We had a deer multiple nights and a cayote come by as well! Jacqueline was a great host and super responsive. Overall would stay here again.

This is one of our favorite vacation spots! The perfect family getaway location; close enough to do everything in New Braunfels and San Antonio, but far enough away to enjoy the Texas Hill Country without all the hustle and bustle around you! Already looking forward to our next stay!

It was a wonderful stay with lots of well thought out accommodations and amenities. Lots of space to spread out for our family of four plus our dogs to be comfortable and have down time from all the activities around town. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet. We enjoyed it. Phillip was a gracious, proactive host always checking to make sure everything was good before, during and after our stay.

We had an absolutely amazing stay! We were very impressed with how clean and spacious the house was. Everything exceeded our expectations. We have already booked a trip to come back! Our favorite part was hearing the river flow just beneath the pool. It’s located in the best spot, just minutes away from everything you’ll want to do!

Very clean and spacious home. The area is quiet and peaceful. The house was perfect for all 5 five of us. It’s a nice get away from the big city. Best part was greeting the deer early in the morning. Bill was a great host and very communicative. I will definitely look into securing one of his properties if we find ourselves back in town. Thank you again, Bill!

Loved the house, the location or surroundings are are not great. However we felt safe

The house was clean and well kept. The best thing was that that it was very selcuded and private in a very quiet neighborhood.

We recently stayed with another couple at Kelly's place while in town for a wedding. Her house is absolutely beautiful - from the design to the southwest/hill country decor to the fabulous views from the big windows. The natural lighting, the back porch and the comfortable couch and beds were our favorite things about the house, but there really isn't anything we disliked. It was perfect! A great spot to getaway from the busyness of life.

Tammy first and foremost was a kind and responsive host, hands down. As for the property, the cottage was as described. It was very tidy and decorated well, but minimalist, which is appreciated in a rental. It was well equipped with everything I needed to cook meals and warm up pizza from a day trip to San Antonio for dinner. That brings me to the location. This was a very private location but not too far from civilization- 15 minutes or so to Bulverde. 40 minutes to Downtown San Antonio. The accommodations were tip top. Very modern and comfortable. The queen bed was just right. The bathroom was huge. The open floor plan in the kitchen and living room were cozy yet spacious. The property was beautiful. All in all I can’t wait to come back.

Our stay at Bill & Carolyne Airbnb was absolutely amazing! From the moment we booked, their communication was top-notch. They provided all the information we needed and were always quick to respond to any questions. The binder they put together with local recommendations for restaurants and activities around Canyon Lake was super helpful – we tried several spots and loved them all. One of the highlights was definitely seeing the deer right on the property and being able to feed them carrots. It was such a unique and memorable experience. Bill & Carolyne are fantastic hosts, and we highly recommend their place for anyone looking to explore Canyon Lake!"

Amazing place to stay away from new branfuels but close enough to enjoy everything around the area !!! Loved it clean helpful lots to do with in the property, and will come back once again.

As soon as we walked into the home, we were blown away by the view! We loved the openness of the kitchen, dining and livingroom. The beds were so comfortable, I slept later than I have in years. The house had everything we needed and more. We enjoyed the hot tub every night and the upstairs balcony every morning. Great experience with the host, Michelle. Would stay here again and well as recommend to friends and family.

Sasha house is great for a family vacation seeking to have a relaxed time away for the city and the pollution it is such a nice view she has from the balcony and the house has everything to feel right at home. Sasha is professional and very responsive would definitely recommend this place of you are seeking a peaceful relaxed vacation. lots of small town near by that has lots of water activities and hiking trails

It’s our second year staying here on our annual float trip, we love the big comfortable couch for hanging out after a long day on the water.

Overall great experience and the pictures of the property do no do it justice. SO CLEAN - and wonderful location. Our family had an amazing time. We switched from another Airbnb and this one blew it away.

It is exactly as described, we loved every second spent here. The house is absolutely gorgeous, it is filled with beautiful energy. We loved swimming and exploring the property. We napped under a tree by the field of yellow flowers. This is the perfect place to get away from the city, we can't wait to come back. Thank you for sharing this gem with us, Laura.
