Holiday rentals with a patio in Comarca de Alhama

Wow!! We absolutely loved our stay at Primer's place. The indoor space itself is gorgeous - really spacious, excellent amenities, wonderfully decorated, homey, everything we could've asked for. The outdoor space is FANTASTIC - incredible patio offering a truly dreamy view of Granda (plus, we loved the bathtub!). Not to mention the location. Situated in a calm yet vibrant area of Granada, Primer's place offers easy access to excellent local restaurants as well as the city center - it feels both private and, "in the mix." The best of both worlds. We're already planning another stay at Primer's! Definitely the best AirBnB we've ever booked. Highly recommend!

Alfonso's apartment is wonderful and even nicer than the pictures. In addition to the tasteful decoration, it stands out for the cleanliness and good equipment. The Jacuzzi on the terrace is phenomenal and was perfect after a tiring work day! Communication with Alfonso was super professional and very friendly.

Fantastic location in centre of town but very quiet and private

We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 night stay at Joaquin’s place. The location is amazing, it’s walkable to everything and in a very beautiful spot. It was central yet felt private, and the cool breeze that you get from being by the water is especially amazing on hot days. We would very happy return.

The place was beautiful. For me it was all about the view! It felt like being on a ship in a middle of the ocean especially during full moon! The apartment was immaculate! Caroline was extremely helpful and kind! Needless to say 5 out of 5! You definitely need a car, which I believe it’s obvious - to the most of people who are visiting that part of the world. Don’t forget it’s an apartment complex, so you’ll have neighbors and their daily life. It can get windy as well, which is also obvious due to an elevation of the build and one thing you cannot do is to control the weather. But you can absolutely create your own experience. I would absolutely come back. Thank you both so much for sharing your space!

Stunning sea views from both the front terrace and the balcony at the back. Everything was brand new and the facilities amazing. The host Anneli was quick to reply to messages and had prepared a very nice welcome folder in the apartment with all the information we needed. Nice touch also with the wine, water and crisps that I got when I arrived. I recommend you to get a rental car as the complex is on a hill. You can walk easily down to the beach (just over 1 km) but it’s a steep walk back up. The livingroom/kitchen was a bit small, but the front terrace is very spacious and with both a dining table, sofa area and a fold away sun lounger (which was not on the pictures). Outdoor facilities like padel court, climbing wall, table tennis, mini golf, gym and more made this a perfect spot if you want to mix up total tranquility with some exercise. 100% recommended, I will be back!

A lovely apartment in a perfect location. It benefits from a fabulous balcony overlooking a busy square. The host is very responsive and goes out of way to make sure your visit to his property lives up to expectations.

Beautiful, modern, and spacious. One of the best Airbnb's we've ever experienced and that includes both this awesome apartment and Paula, who was a wonderful host. Paula communicated continuously and provided a lot of great local information to enhance our experience. Paula responded quickly to any inquiry with excellent, detailed suggestions and directions. We loved the welcome snacks, water, and beer, which was really appreciated as we entered the apartment. Great place to stay and HIGHLY recommended!

The house is lovingly designed, you can tell that she lived here herself. Everything is decorated in white, we felt right at home. The location is fantastic, the beach, bars and restaurants are around the corner and also a supermarket is two minutes away. We will be happy to come back sometime. Pearl is always quickly accessible and is always helpful.

Great stay in a lovely house , brilliant location in the centre of Frigiliana with short distance to shops, restaurants and bus stop. This was our second stay there. Antonio is a good host and the house has a lovely view over the Botancical garden with a view of the sea at Nerja to the left. Air conditioning in the bedroom was much appreciated in the heatwave. We didn't have a car but caught the Frigiliana bus down to Nerja and also went to Torrox for lunch and the beach. Had some lovely meals in Frigiliana. La Taperia on the left of the church, The Garden Restaurant, Restaurante Bar Virtudes which is halfway up the hill on the bus on the right with lovely views down the valley to the sea at Nerja. Also ate for the first time at Bar la Alegría del Barrio twice which is down the hill past the church. Ordered paella the day before and there was so much we couldn't eat it all. For people who love walking there is the ravine down the hill behind the chemist but very steep.

10/10 location with a gorgeous 5star view. Near excellent restaurants, bars and shops. Not to mention only a 14 minute drive to the clear water beaches of nerja. This Airbnb will give you all of the above with beautiful views in every room of the house to the interior Spanish touch on the inside lovely would be an understatement. Thank you Jaqueline for being a tentative host as well.

The house was amazing - spotless, comfortable beds, very clean throughout, very useful washer and dryer, and the AC was great - nice and cool. Our host Monica was very quick to respond to any questions and was able to lower the AC temp at my request remotely on her phone app (the minimum was set at 23 but I wanted it colder). The view of the Alhambra from the rooftop terrace was a million bucks. We could see the terrace from the Alhambra as well. The house is just steps away from restaurants, groceries and lots of touristy shops. We arrived from a super fancy hotel in Sevilla but felt right at home here. It was great to have so much space for our family of 4 to be together, and also be able to retreat to our separate bedrooms for some peace as well. And the washer and dryer were in a separate room - lots of other places have just a washer, often in the kitchen. That let us pack a lot less which can’t be underestimated. Everything about this house and host was perfect.

Great house! Tons of space, very clean, and had everything we needed. The kitchen was well-stocked, the living room was spacious and the backyard was awesome while resting in the sun. The host is definitely hosting a fine house and eager to improve what might need improvement for her guests. Would definitely book again!

STUNNING! One of the best Airbnbs I’ve ever been. The most cozy, super clean, well designed, with local vibe and charm. The views are outstanding. And Mercedes (the host) was VERY helpful and flexible. I appreciate her a lot. RECOMMENDED!

What a gem! If this property is available, book it and stay as long as you can! While the photos are great online, it is even better in person. Peaceful. Beautiful walks. Comfortable. Fully equipped. The gardens and plunge pool were amazing. Nick was an amazing host. We've traveled extensively with AirBNB and Nick is one of the best hosts we have ever had. He gave amazing restaurant and hiking recommendations and was very responsive. 10 out of 10. One of the best properties we have stayed at!

Frank's house is amazing offer for anyone looking for calm, semi-secluded place. It comfortably hosts 4 people. We spent our time enjoying stunning views from the terrace and relaxing in the pool. Many of Andalusia's top attractions (Ronda, Caminito del Rey, Alhambra) are 1-2 hours drive away. Frank is very helpful and always responds to messages, self check-in was straightforward. 5/5

We arrived in the midst of the power outage on Spain, no phones, no electric! Charis was very helpful in trying to connect with us to get us in the apartment And then once there, was helpful in finding a restaurant that had food and drink. The apartment is very well-stocked with everything you need. It is such a peaceful location with beautiful views! Gorgeous terrace with outdoor fireplace and shade awnings, walkable (7 mins) to the tiny village at the marina, where you can buy everything you need, 2 restaurants and a beach. Otherwise you NEED a car. This location is very hilly. Not walkable to train stations.

The apartment was exactly as described, very clean, functional and tastefully furnished. Of course, we particularly liked the incomparable sea view from the large terrace. We were even able to observe many dolphins on several days. Particularly noteworthy is the great amenities of the apartment, great kitchen, Jacuzzi, grill, and in the playroom, sups, beach chairs, tennis rackets, etc. Everything you need on vacation was available and everything in the best quality and with great instruction and therefore easy to use, The communication with Fredrik and Camilla was perfect, they were very friendly, helpful and accommodating!

Jan's apartment was very comfy, clean, well appointed and with great views looking over Nerja and out to sea. It felt like staying at somebody's personal place through all the charming details, tasteful furniture and fittings. If you have the weather there are also great outdoor terrace areas with seating and even a barbecue. A car is helpful and parking is fine. Also a taxi back from the town centre is very affordable so you can all relax and have a drink if that suits. Definitely recommended. Thanks Jan (who also communicates very well).

Once settled in, we felt at home in this stunning appartment. The view is amazing! We spent a lot of time just enjoying the spectacular view of the ocean and the city of Nerja. The appartment was clean, practical and quiet. Perfect to relax. Kevin was just a text or call away if we needed him. The facilities are good and pools lovely! We had a great time! We had an excellent stay at Ivan's place. The building is beautiful and the rooms had lots of small and interesting Arabic and traditional elements. Also the bed was very comfy and his cats were a plus ;) All amenities were provided that were required for a 3-day stay. Although there were some stairs to climb, the apartment was easy to reach for us and within a 10 minute walk, we could reach the city center. Ivan was very nice and we managed to communicate with basic English and Spanish. Would very much recommend!

Attentive hostess. Very good apartment, well located, in front of the river, spacious rooms, with everything working properly, garage almost next door, first aid kit and snack kit (milk, coffee, cookies, etc.), which helped us a lot when we arrived on a Sunday afternoon.
