We rent our pretty 35 m2 atypical cottage, very cozy and completely renovated, located right next to our family home. Welcome to this house completely refurbished by my spouse and me (and also my stepdad!!) Located in the town of Combleux,small village of mariners. The house is in a listed park and is part of a set of buildings It is close to the Canal d 'Orléans, and the Loire by bike. Quick access (15 min) to Orléans city center by car or tram (tram relay with parking at 5 min). For the baby bed or chair just ask us the day before your arrival!

Between the Loire and the Canal d 'Orléans, charming studio. You love the Loire, canoeing and bike rides, Agnes and Francis welcome you, within a protected site, in this independent, comfortable, 27 m2 studio with direct access to the towpath.

The studio, facing south, has a private access that is at the edge of the towpath, path that is part of the very long European bike path " Transibérique ". The Loire runs along the canal: located in between, the dike takes you to the centre of Orléans, 6 km away. Fbleux, a popular promenade, has retained the charm of the old mariners' village. Charm, calm and exotic characterize this place.
